I added a 3rd key as the video shows but when I go to turn on the car it says “have transmission checked” which it didn’t before. I’ve tried unplugging the battery and clearing the DTC a couple of times but no luck. It does show 3 keys programmed though.
Figured it out. I guess the transmission ground was too corroded and gave out coincidentally at the same times the keys were being programmed. lol. Put a new ground and all is well now.

Usually the remote and transponder and programmed together. If it starts the car and the buttons don’t work (and youve already tried replacing the battery), you probably need a new key.
It's one of those things you're going to wish you hooked up if the battery voltage drops too low and the reprogramming gets screwed up and the whole car get's bricked. You should be good hooking up to a running car with jumper cables, essentially does the same thing.

I am curious. I wonder if it is possible to repair the Fiat 500 2014 model with Auteli, all the keys are lost?
Mobar told me they already programmed the key which I'm assuming it's the making of the dealer key. How do I confirm that before I try programming?

how important is the battery stabilizer? can I hook up car to car instead? like if I was jumping it?

I’ve used both ilco and amazon keys (keyless option 2 pack) and can report the Amazon key worked just fine. Ilco is over 3 times the price.
