    I grew up on this diet and most of the people I know that grew up on this has had the heart attack even me it's not healthy

    oil and animal foods should be avoided. Please check out Ornish and Esselstyn

    omega 3 is best gotten from flax and chia seeds...why are you promoting meat and fish? Have you read Esselstyn and Ornish?

      No it really isn't !
      The form in seeds is ALA that the body then needs to convert, which it does NOT do well.
      Wild caught fish from pristine waters in Canada/Alaska is the best way, or Grass Fed Meat.
      Yes, I know about pollutants in fish (mercury etc), but some of the smaller variety like sardines and mackerel are worthwhile.
      Of course, if you are Vegan/Vegetarian, a good Algal Oil is the way to go.
      John, I highly recommend you do not blindly follow everything spouted by Esselstyn and Ornish.
      They are not Gods who have all the answers.

    Out dated and bad information, cut out sugar. Refined carbs. Cut out seed oils. / veg oils, exception Olive oil, cook with fats, pork, tallow. Eat cheese, cut out all bread, no fruit juices, oily fish, plenty of eggs, and fatty animal protein, good video but out dated,

    Terrible, terrible advice.
    Eat low fat this, low fat that...🤦🏻‍♂️
    Need carbohydrates for energy and fuel...🙈

    The first thing these health nuts always show is broccoli which is nasty tasting and boring! 6-11 portions Carbs a day? Five fruits and vegs a day? Three Dairy a day? 4 oz lean meat/fish a day! Two years ago, Canola oil was the "healthy" oil, now it's bad for you and its fancy expensive oils like avacada, coconut oil. It's so confusing. Eat fruits and vegetables and overload on "pesticides", etc.You can't wash it all off!

      Broccoli tastes soo good, especially if you know how to cook it. My 3 kids love it.
