it's more of a champ thing, no? Pantheon does ridiculous damage in a short burst and Lux needs some time to cast spells
this is one of the reasons why Pantheon supports, if played well, can get lots of kills

​@@HamsterPants522 Why caring too much for the kills tho? Like Lux doesn't have the same amount of dps like Phanteon. So it's obvious because Phanteon has somenthing similar to Morgana's w in his Q. Basically does more dmg as less hp the enemy has.
So it's incredibly obvious that Morgana or Phanteon can steal kills.

I actually am a support player too and i hate when my adc take apc like Vlademir or Lux or A. Sol because when my adc take apc we doesnt have dps and if you play like Pantheon or Leona you cant dive enemy cuz apc so bad at dps and thats why generally support players dont know how to play with apc and they diving and die and flaming apc. In my opinion when your playing with apc you should take poke or peel characters and try to scale. Idk its true or wrong.

As a support main who recently started playing Seraphine apc, hard disagree. Supports with CC have been great to burst the enemy with their full combo in a cced target, which will deal a lot more damage than an adc early game. You can see for yourself that a lot of the supports with the highest winrate for these apcs are engages. Seraphine has good synergy with Nautilus, with Ziggs its Thresh, and for Karthus it's Pantheon
