Soultanicals did send out multiple emails stating they would take 2-3 weeks to ship out orders. They also sent out one stating the snow may cause some delays in fedex. I emailed them today about my order and 2 hours later my order was shipped out. They said they were shipping out the last of orders by this weekend. I received all of my salon sizes 2-3 days after I order them which was around December 7 and they came by the 10th. My order from cyber Monday hasn't shipped, but received tracking today 😂. It's weird, but I can't knock the owner for wanting to maintain her company herself. Looking forward to my order.

Fairy godmother leave in was my favorite mane kruse product I tried. I didn’t care for the rest of it. I also spent a lot on Miche deep conditioners lol. The bounce cream is awesome. You also need to pick up the natures little secret shampoo because it’s amazing. It’s my favorite shampoo hands down.

Hey Nisha, My Soultanicals Fenugreek liter sized deep conditioner arrived 5 days after I ordered it. Curls and Potions shipped quickly. I bought their Chebe one-n-done , maximum hydration conditioner and a gel. Camille Rose took my money and has not been delivered yet. I also picked up Dream Girls Revitalizing Deep conditioner...great results.

I hadn't done a Black Friday sale in years. I did 2 of the Pre Black Friday Sales from Sally's. Picked up almost the entire AS I AM JBCO line to try and the entire Cheers line from The Mane Choice. Both of those are new to me although I did try the original AS I AM line years ago. On the actual day, because like you I wasn't expecting that sale, more Camille Rose (my staple these days). Most were extras of items I already had. Two colors of the Gemini Naturals Gel. Use the Hair Paint Wax but had been wanting to try one of these gel. Finally, several HairZings. Still miss the original of these that QVC sold (20+ years ago), but these are still my go to hair accessory . I have already received everything I ordered except one of my items was missing from HairZings. I had ordered two of one item but they only shipped one. Missing item was supposed to have shipped this past Monday. Spent more than I had planned but overall, I think I did good.

@@NJEberhart It's hard to explain HairZings. They are not hair ties. You should check out their website to see how they operate but it's basically two combs connected by elastic. Beading on the elastic. The originals by QVC (they weren't called HairZings back then) had fabric covering the elastic. They also have stretch banana clips now too.

Actually Camille Rose $10 was way before the time they claim it would be. On BF it ended for another sales -40% was better than the $10 . Miche sale was disappointing, i skipped 25% doesn t cut it for me (living in Europe we need at least 40% off to cover shipping cost). I only bought from Pydana this year and the rest are diy powders. I have too much products in my stash i am trying to drastic all reduce the number of product i have. I still have product from BF19.
Can we say yes to the size increase for the Fenugreek. I didn’t even realize they changed the size until I received my order. And yes, they fixed the formula. I didn’t have any issues with it. I got the new CR line, but the DC was sold out. And the algae renew was sold out too, so I ended up getting the Jansyn’s DC to try as well. Love that Avocado cream from them. It’s such a creamy moisturizer and great for refreshing.

The trick is to put everything that you want to purchase in your wish list first. When the sale goes live you can move your items to your cart. Then, just checkout. You won’t have to waste your time searching the site. That’s how I got all my products this time. Soultanicals sales out fast!

Ok “WOW”. 🤣 Well, I said I wouldn’t do it but I purchased a tiny little refrigerator to put in my bedroom so I can keep my ecoslay Jell-O Shot in. That is my absolute favorite gel. I had one gel and I purchased two more. I have the leave in and a small orange marmalade I already had. It also fit a couple of face masks. My mom saw it and she burst out laughing. It’s so tiny. I did purchase some deep conditioners from Shescentit (2) and one from BrioGeo and one from Nature’s Little Secret one from TGIN and one from Shea Moisture. I said I wasn’t getting any stylers but I decided to try Curl Daze so I purchased the Ultra Moisture Creme and the Glossy Style gel. I kept seeing the fresh products from Curlmix. I’ve used them before and like them so I got the Pineapple Potion set which included a leave in, gel and custard. I did not over due it because I still have too much product. Gonna try to use what I have now before getting anything else. Figure out my favorites and stick with those. At least that’s the plan. 🤣 Still waiting in my Ecoslay and Nature’s Little Secret. I also started writing down when items come in so I can keep up with how long I’ve had them and decided to use the older items first and throw in a new one maybe every other week. I gotta figure this out.

@@NJEberhart Oooooh I just tried the BrioGeo deep conditioner tonight. A new Favorite!!! Loads of slip and so moisturizing and it defined my curls. You won’t regret it. I found the tiniest frig/cooler I could get with the best reviews from Amazon. My suggestion for anyone who wants a small frig, don’t get the little ones for makeup. Get a regular small frig because the make up ones are just a small cooler that produces condensation and you end up having to wipe the inside on a regular bases. The one I had didn’t even last a year. I did however purchased a small cooler the one where you can use on a warming or cooling setting. Good for road trips, will hold 6 can sodas. I got it because I only need it for my jelloShot gel and it fits perfectly on a shelf underneath my TV. It’s become my favorite gel, however, I had to figure out what to do about the my roots when using jelloShot. I I tried using Uncle Funky’s Daughter on my roots because jelloShot is too stiff on my roots. I applied the jelloShot to the rest of my hair and it worked. I let my hair go for 9 days and washed it today. My hair was bouncy, defined and moisturized.

Yes to the video of a WNG with the new miche gel. I was super disappointed in their sale too minus the 16oz products (got both indulge and strengthen in 16oz) plus their new gel. Please also try out the newest limited edition DC. I didn’t grab it but later wanted it but refused to pay shipping again.

Hi. The Camille Rose's Jansyn's Moisture Max Conditioner is great. That and the Algae Renew conditioner is the ish! I'm curious about the new Honey line. I've had the Neroli unopened since last year's Black Friday sale along with the other two cleansing milks. My haul from the $10 sale was too much to talk about-- still working my way through it. The Naturall Avocado Curl Custard is great so far (the only product I really like from the brand so far). Miche Beauty's Bounce Curl Defining Cream I like a lot, hope your hair does too. Curious about the Sculpt Curl Defining Cream. Never heard of Curls and Potions (the items you mentioned are sold out). I will wait for your review. Looking forward to the reviews!

In the 11 years of being natural, I only used Curls once, 11 years ago! Ashanti supposedly loved this one product from them so I tried it and two other items and I hated all three. Your rant about Camille Rose being in their bed while we are all up waiting made me holler 😆! Soultanicals been around for 8 years and still shipping things snail slow. I wonder if soultanicals is this slow shipping their stock to retailers, too?

Curls blueberry bliss leave in was drying for me but the twist and shout cream is bomb. Have the leave in, cream and jelly in my hair now. I should have got two twist and shot creams.

@@NJEberhart I love the cream!!! I will definitely buy it again the gel was nice too. What I will say is the gel is a light to medium hold. I did mini twists, no flaking and my hair is still moisturized on day 7 so I’d say it’s good. If you want a strong hold you’ll probably have to top it with a strong hold gel. I’d say it’ll probably give a fluffy wash n go but it’s good enough for twists.
I got 2 products from miche and I felt I spent TOO MUCH because that was not a sale, that was a miche monday code! 🙃. Also I purchased from Uniqurl, TGIN and Camille rose. I thought you would've got the 3 in 1 leave in from the mane choice, they were like 5$ each..

I got my Soultanicals before Honey’s Handmade (which I JUST got the shipping notification for today) and that was even with an actual postal service delay because of weather. I’m more mad at how long it takes them to get it shipped than I am at the delays from the postal service. I can’t do anything about the post office back up, but I do feel the brands can get stuff out of their door faster.

This high puff is giving me LIFE! I picked up Red Clay and Hibiscus and Rhassoul clay washes (per your recs) during the Claytober sale. For Black Friday, I didn’t do too bad. I picked up my staple ACV rinse from a small black owned company in Chattanooga called Natty Naturals. I also purchased products from Camille Rose, Mane Choice, and finally got a Felicia Leatherwood brush. I was definitely disappointed that Soultanicals didn’t have the Hibiscus Hair Healer (my fave DC that you put me on to) because I was ready to stock up. So I ended up not purchasing anything from them. There were other brands (Ecoslay, Miche, Nature’s Little Secret, Mane Krush, etc) that I wanted to try but I stopped myself. Can’t wait to see you try some of these new products and make me add more stuff to my “want but don’t need“ list, lol.

I just tried the Miche gel this morning for a wash n go. I was skeptical when I saw the consistency but it shocked me. This is the best wash n go I’ve had in a while. I have type 4a curls and normally use Eco Styler but this may be my new go to since I’m trying to get away from using Eco. Also, I didn’t have to use a lot of product surprisingly.

I completely agree with wanting to get more stuff from Camille Rose, but the experience with customer service and my order because of errors on their part was so trash I’m on the fence about making another purchase.
I got alikay naturals lemongrass leave in, bask and bloom bhrami mask, the soultanicals stuff i mentioned in my other post, protein pouf oil and butter (got a free bonnet too!). Later during cyber week, I got PJN - Marshmallow + Cucumber Ayurvedic Clay Wash, frolicious kink drink and banging twist out cream.
Great brands!!! Love the bhrami root hair mask. It’s one of my favs. I def have to pick PJN in 2021. Didn’t fit in my budget like I wanted it too lol. Have you tried these products from them before?

I found out about all these products from lovely YT influencers like yourself! :-) I found out about The only exception is Protein Pouf, I found out about that on IG. But I have to give those products to my friend, my doctor told me I can't use fenugreek. So sad about it too!

The Black Friday sale wasn’t great at all plus U still had to pay for shipping unless u spent a hundred dollars or more.But the cyber Monday sale was better but if you didn’t order on Black Friday u missed a lot of the limited editions and new products.

Camille Rose got me too! I stayed up and was on IG asking what was happening! Also when the $10 VIP sale hit everything wasn’t $10 then she launched 40% off for the regular Black Friday sale which was better than $10 each. I got the cleansing milk at CVS for $2.74 each.

I was so disappointed about Miche's sale I didn't even order anything. I really wanted to try the peaches and cream deep conditioner but I guess I'll never know what I missed! 😒 Wash n go please 😁 Camille Rose got me too! I got the Jansyns conditioner and didn't like it. My hair has a love hate relationship with coconut and I my hair hated it this time. I'll be giving that away to my kids! Hope you like it!
So Miche’s sale was not great last year but I was hoping it would be better this year. But of course it wasn’t. They had way more new products than I thought so def spent more money than planned. why be upset? there's a pandemic... they sent two emails this week... miche didn't even send me a tracking email... soultanicals is not a big brand... all of my orders were a week late the latest! anyway, i ordered from brands i didnt think i would. like alikay naturals till i remembered i forgot to get the big 16 oz black soap shampoo and other items.
Lol So soultanicals has always had long shipping times wayyy before the pandemic. And even though I know they take a while I still bought from them because I love their products. I was more concerned that I didn’t get a confirmation which I did admit could be my fault. With me not getting a confirmation I also did not get the update emails.
I just got my tracking number this morning for Soultanicals! I ordered the same two new products you did, but 2 of each. I also ordered about 8 products from She Scent It, 50% off sale, but I still don't have a tracking number. The only other order I placed was The Mane Choice which I believe was also 50% off, and I received those products last week.

Hey! I see you had a good ol time on Black Friday. The struggle was real trying to snatch up some of the goodies out there. I already told you about my Soultanicals fail. I did my best, but my best wasn't good enough apparently but I look forward to the next sale and I will surely be ready. Don't be shamed, we have one life and we do what we love. I love trying out hair products on my self care Sunday. If it makes you happy go for it! I would love to see a video on the Honey collection from Camille Rose. I do have the honey leave in and I have to say, yes it is very sticky but talk about moisture overload! The post office is inundated with packages and limited resources so of course we see the delays. I will tell you Naturall's customer service is stellar in my book. They tracked my package and saw an issue with the post office and immediately rectified it by resending my products. I am still waiting for my Bask and Bloom delivery, it is still sitting in Saint Louis. All we can do is be patient and wait as long as the items are not perishable. I tried Unicurl 4 in 1 but I am shamed because I did some mixing and ended up with some flaking so I will try it again. Thank you so much for sharing your Friday haul, I was looking forward to it. I also look forward to your videos on the new products.

The Natural Club Avocado deep conditioner fried y hair. It was with this product I learned I was protein sensitive. It became matted & hard from the protein. I should've know when scalp was irritated from application...

Hey. I was finally able to place my CURLS order, but not without issues. I had the same issue you did. You’re really going to enjoy their leave-in conditioner. As for Miche, they’ve lost their mind. I LOVE me some Miche, but their hefty price jack is a no for me. They brought their prices up drastically, but cut the amount of product given. That makes no sense whatsoever. I do want to try that gel out though. I’ll grab it on sale. Btw, that Bounce Curl Defining Cream is great. It’s a one and done product. Thanks for the video and I can’t wait for you to film a video using their new gel.

Soultanicals did send out multiple emails stating they would take 2-3 weeks to ship out orders. They also sent out one stating the snow may cause some delays in fedex. I emailed them today about my order and 2 hours later my order was shipped out. They said they were shipping out the last of orders by this weekend. I received all of my salon sizes 2-3 days after I order them which was around December 7 and they came by the 10th. My order from cyber Monday hasn't shipped, but received tracking today 😂. It's weird, but I can't knock the owner for wanting to maintain her company herself. Looking forward to my order.

Fairy godmother leave in was my favorite mane kruse product I tried. I didn’t care for the rest of it. I also spent a lot on Miche deep conditioners lol. The bounce cream is awesome. You also need to pick up the natures little secret shampoo because it’s amazing. It’s my favorite shampoo hands down.

I bought their Chebe one-n-done , maximum hydration conditioner and a gel. Camille Rose took my money and has not been delivered yet. I hadn't done a Black Friday sale in years. I did 2 of the Pre Black Friday Sales from Sally's. Picked up almost the entire AS I AM JBCO line to try and the entire Cheers line from The Mane Choice. Both of those are new to me although I did try the original AS I AM line years ago. On the actual day, because like you I wasn't expecting that sale, more Camille Rose (my staple these days). Most were extras of items I already had. Two colors of the Gemini Naturals Gel. Use the Hair Paint Wax but had been wanting to try one of these gel. Finally, several HairZings. Still miss the original of these that QVC sold (20+ years ago), but these are still my go to hair accessory . I have already received everything I ordered except one of my items was missing from HairZings. I had ordered two of one item but they only shipped one. Missing item was supposed to have shipped this past Monday. Spent more than I had planned but overall, I think I did good.

@@NJEberhart It's hard to explain HairZings. They are not hair ties. You should check out their website to see how they operate but it's basically two combs connected by elastic. Beading on the elastic. The originals by QVC (they weren't called HairZings back then) had fabric covering the elastic. They also have stretch banana clips now too.

Actually Camille Rose $10 was way before the time they claim it would be. On BF it ended for another sales -40% was better than the $10 . Miche sale was disappointing, i skipped 25% doesn t cut it for me (living in Europe we need at least 40% off to cover shipping cost). I only bought from Pydana this year and the rest are diy powders. I have too much products in my stash i am trying to drastic all reduce the number of product i have. I still have product from BF19.

Can we say yes to the size increase for the Fenugreek. I didn’t even realize they changed the size until I received my order. And yes, they fixed the formula. I didn’t have any issues with it.
I got the new CR line, but the DC was sold out. And the algae renew was sold out too, so I ended up getting the Jansyn’s DC to try as well. Love that Avocado cream from them. It’s such a creamy moisturizer and great for refreshing.

The trick is to put everything that you want to purchase in your wish list first. When the sale goes live you can move your items to your cart. Then, just checkout. You won’t have to waste your time searching the site. That’s how I got all my products this time. Soultanicals sales out fast!

Ok “WOW”. 🤣 Well, I said I wouldn’t do it but I purchased a tiny little refrigerator to put in my bedroom so I can keep my ecoslay Jell-O Shot in. That is my absolute favorite gel. I had one gel and I purchased two more. I have the leave in and a small orange marmalade I already had. It also fit a couple of face masks. My mom saw it and she burst out laughing. It’s so tiny. I did purchase some deep conditioners from Shescentit (2) and one from BrioGeo and one from Nature’s Little Secret one from TGIN and one from Shea Moisture. I said I wasn’t getting any stylers but I decided to try Curl Daze so I purchased the Ultra Moisture Creme and the Glossy Style gel. I kept seeing the fresh products from Curlmix. I’ve used them before and like them so I got the Pineapple Potion set which included a leave in, gel and custard. I did not over due it because I still have too much product. Gonna try to use what I have now before getting anything else. Figure out my favorites and stick with those. At least that’s the plan. 🤣 Still waiting in my Ecoslay and Nature’s Little Secret. I also started writing down when items come in so I can keep up with how long I’ve had them and decided to use the older items first and throw in a new one maybe every other week. I gotta figure this out.

@@NJEberhart Oooooh I just tried the BrioGeo deep conditioner tonight. A new Favorite!!! Loads of slip and so moisturizing and it defined my curls. You won’t regret it. I found the tiniest frig/cooler I could get with the best reviews from Amazon. My suggestion for anyone who wants a small frig, don’t get the little ones for makeup. Get a regular small frig because the make up ones are just a small cooler that produces condensation and you end up having to wipe the inside on a regular bases. The one I had didn’t even last a year. I did however purchased a small cooler the one where you can use on a warming or cooling setting. Good for road trips, will hold 6 can sodas. I got it because I only need it for my jelloShot gel and it fits perfectly on a shelf underneath my TV. It’s become my favorite gel, however, I had to figure out what to do about the my roots when using jelloShot. I I tried using Uncle Funky’s Daughter on my roots because jelloShot is too stiff on my roots. I applied the jelloShot to the rest of my hair and it worked. I let my hair go for 9 days and washed it today. My hair was bouncy, defined and moisturized.

I got all of my purchases except for Product Junkie which is on the way. I have not received the Cocoa creme from Chocolate Kinks and Kurls and I ordered that at the end of November. Yes to the video of a WNG with the new miche gel. I was super disappointed in their sale too minus the 16oz products (got both indulge and strengthen in 16oz) plus their new gel. Please also try out the newest limited edition DC. I didn’t grab it but later wanted it but refused to pay shipping again.

Hi. The Camille Rose's Jansyn's Moisture Max Conditioner is great. That and the Algae Renew conditioner is the ish! I'm curious about the new Honey line. I've had the Neroli unopened since last year's Black Friday sale along with the other two cleansing milks. My haul from the $10 sale was too much to talk about-- still working my way through it. The Naturall Avocado Curl Custard is great so far (the only product I really like from the brand so far). Miche Beauty's Bounce Curl Defining Cream I like a lot, hope your hair does too. Curious about the Sculpt Curl Defining Cream. Never heard of Curls and Potions (the items you mentioned are sold out). I will wait for your review. Looking forward to the reviews!

In the 11 years of being natural, I only used Curls once, 11 years ago! Ashanti supposedly loved this one product from them so I tried it and two other items and I hated all three. Your rant about Camille Rose being in their bed while we are all up waiting made me holler 😆! Soultanicals been around for 8 years and still shipping things snail slow. I wonder if soultanicals is this slow shipping their stock to retailers, too?

Curls blueberry bliss leave in was drying for me but the twist and shout cream is bomb. Have the leave in, cream and jelly in my hair now. I should have got two twist and shot creams.

@@NJEberhart I love the cream!!! I will definitely buy it again the gel was nice too. What I will say is the gel is a light to medium hold. I did mini twists, no flaking and my hair is still moisturized on day 7 so I’d say it’s good. If you want a strong hold you’ll probably have to top it with a strong hold gel. I’d say it’ll probably give a fluffy wash n go but it’s good enough for twists.

I got my Soultanicals before Honey’s Handmade (which I JUST got the shipping notification for today) and that was even with an actual postal service delay because of weather. I’m more mad at how long it takes them to get it shipped than I am at the delays from the postal service. I can’t do anything about the post office back up, but I do feel the brands can get stuff out of their door faster.

This high puff is giving me LIFE! I picked up Red Clay and Hibiscus and Rhassoul clay washes (per your recs) during the Claytober sale. For Black Friday, I didn’t do too bad. I picked up my staple ACV rinse from a small black owned company in Chattanooga called Natty Naturals. I also purchased products from Camille Rose, Mane Choice, and finally got a Felicia Leatherwood brush. I was definitely disappointed that Soultanicals didn’t have the Hibiscus Hair Healer (my fave DC that you put me on to) because I was ready to stock up. So I ended up not purchasing anything from them. There were other brands (Ecoslay, Miche, Nature’s Little Secret, Mane Krush, etc) that I wanted to try but I stopped myself. Can’t wait to see you try some of these new products and make me add more stuff to my “want but don’t need“ list, lol.

I just tried the Miche gel this morning for a wash n go. I was skeptical when I saw the consistency but it shocked me. This is the best wash n go I’ve had in a while. I have type 4a curls and normally use Eco Styler but this may be my new go to since I’m trying to get away from using Eco. Also, I didn’t have to use a lot of product surprisingly.

why be upset? there's a pandemic... they sent two emails this week... miche didn't even send me a tracking email... soultanicals is not a big brand... all of my orders were a week late the latest! anyway, i ordered from brands i didnt think i would. like alikay naturals till i remembered i forgot to get the big 16 oz black soap shampoo and other items.
Lol So soultanicals has always had long shipping times wayyy before the pandemic. And even though I know they take a while I still bought from them because I love their products. I was more concerned that I didn’t get a confirmation which I did admit could be my fault. With me not getting a confirmation I also did not get the update emails.

Hey! I see you had a good ol time on Black Friday. The struggle was real trying to snatch up some of the goodies out there. I already told you about my Soultanicals fail. I did my best, but my best wasn't good enough apparently but I look forward to the next sale and I will surely be ready. Don't be shamed, we have one life and we do what we love. I love trying out hair products on my self care Sunday. If it makes you happy go for it! I would love to see a video on the Honey collection from Camille Rose. I do have the honey leave in and I have to say, yes it is very sticky but talk about moisture overload! The post office is inundated with packages and limited resources so of course we see the delays. I will tell you Naturall's customer service is stellar in my book. They tracked my package and saw an issue with the post office and immediately rectified it by resending my products. I am still waiting for my Bask and Bloom delivery, it is still sitting in Saint Louis. All we can do is be patient and wait as long as the items are not perishable. I tried Unicurl 4 in 1 but I am shamed because I did some mixing and ended up with some flaking so I will try it again. Thank you so much for sharing your Friday haul, I was looking forward to it. I spent so much on hair products on black Friday. I'm new so I'm trying all these products for the first time. I caught the 10 sale from camille rose and was mad about the 40% sale the next day. So I just bought more stuff. I received one of orders from them but the other one hasn't been shipped yet. I didn't buy any soultanicals but I heard they will be having a sale at Sally's beauty pretty soon. I will buy then. Think I'm stocked up for the next yr or so. I'm obsessed.

Hey. I was finally able to place my CURLS order, but not without issues. I had the same issue you did. You’re really going to enjoy their leave-in conditioner. As for Miche, they’ve lost their mind. I LOVE me some Miche, but their hefty price jack is a no for me. They brought their prices up drastically, but cut the amount of product given. That makes no sense whatsoever. I do want to try that gel out though. I’ll grab it on sale. Btw, that Bounce Curl Defining Cream is great. It’s a one and done product. Thanks for the video and I can’t wait for you to film a video using their new gel.
