School can be a drag, so in this DIY learn how to make some pretty school supplies. Decorate a boring tape dispenser with scrapbook paper, turn an old tube of lipstick into a nifty USB, use Perler beads to create a doughnut headphone holder (or a watermelon, or a cookie), & wrap a pen with colorful yarn to make homework more fun (if that's possible).

This is the first complete day of Summer Vacation. It started yesterday. And I’m here watching a video for school supplies before school starts. I am very, very early. Even though a new school year is months away, I still need ideas & inspiration on how to prepare. It will be a great year.

I was watching a bunch of Father's Day videos then saw yours and just had to watch. When you chose the rose pattern paper for the tape I was so confused then remembered it wasn't a Father's Day diy.

Ugh!!! When I was small I used to have a lot of pearler ( is that how you spell it?) beads and then I threw them away, I thought I didn't need them, and now I can't find them anywhere, in any store!😖
Depending on where u live Walmart, hobby lobby, Joan's fabric, and Michaels should have them in the store. Hope this helps you.
I bought mine off Www.Amazon.com and I also see them at Walmart Michaels Target etc
You can try looking at Walmart if you have one near you because that's where I found mine :) you can also buy them online

BeautyxRosen I got those ideas from Pinterest // Google Images & did not get them from their channels. Lipstick USB has been around for awhile! Just because you saw it on her channel first does not mean she invented it. And if I had found it from Rob I would have said so.
Beauty gurus do the same thing they copy ideas off of each other she even said she gets inspired by videos she watches, pintrest and google

I have an idea! Do the phone charger diy but do two red ones! Then connect them with a "green stem" made of peeler beads so it looks like a cherry! Then it can carry your headphones and charger cord!

The head phones one was my favorite because at my school you actually do need head phones or ear buds. And it's easy to just keep that in my backpack or locker. And plus when school is over I can still use it!
