I don’t understand the instructions on the army one. 1. Turn valve to open 2 . Squeeze air from bag and close at zipper 3. Fold the top of the bag at the zipper 4. Continue to roll and fold material to the black strip What zipper? I don’t see a zipper on mine, and it’s brand new. Fold to the black strip? Do they mean at the very top of the bag? I only see a black strip on the top. I can’t fold the bag to something that is at the very top, and hence the first thing to be folded. If someone can clear this up for me I would be grateful.

can it compress?
With the air valve it can compress down decently. Depending on what is stored inside.
