The degree of ur education is not necessarily a symbol of development and uplfitment, someone can be the topper in IIT or DU and end up being corrupt as anything. Social education and emotional quotient are also key.

And to any state Government that has banned RSS marches on 2nd October is the right thing to do. And that at this point is very valid indeed. Banning any extremist religiously bigoted, groups and syndicated organizations is the most sensible thing that any sensible state and central government ought to do. Banning RSS at any point by any BJP-led state is obviously not going to happen.
