I got this game when I was 6, all be it I sucked really hard( I was a clueless child ) when I got to this area of the game I stopped. The music scared the crap out of me, that and I had managed to mess up my warrior so much that it was impossible.
this part reminds me of Cantata del Diablo, from Mago de Oz. "Quisiera ser olvido para nunca recordar. Quisiera ser brisa y así acariciar la vida una vez más." Listen to the whole song, it's tremendous.
Earlier patches the of the game had Diablo saying something backmasked. Probably looking after the kids/teens who were playing this at the start. Afterall, he did possess a 12 yr. old boy.
I read on the Diablo wiki that Diablo, Mephisto, Baal, Andariel, Duriel, Azmodan and Belial were all 7 head of a Dragon called Tathamet and after it was defeated, its body became the foundation of hell. DAMN sounds like something from Final fantasy. :o

Try The Hell 2 mod, it's even darker than the original. New stuff, new classes and new quests.
@@robertoricci3393 But music is the same.
much better than diablo 3 soundtrack. i play d3 with these old ones
Holy s**t what am I even listening to! I came here looking for background music for a D&D game but this is more deranged and disturbing than I bargained for.
I absolutely love the tribute this got in D2 within the Mephisto / Pandemonium Fortress track. A subtle nod to D1, great games both.
I do think that the baby cry represents Albrecht.
Damn.
king's sword of haste is the best
desaturated oh yeah! You gotta be at least lvl30 to find one though but once you got it nothing could run away from you.
I'm more of a warrior's sword of accuracy kind of guy.
2:50 Devil parade & chant throughout burning hell be like...
I got this game when I was 6, all be it I sucked really hard( I was a clueless child ) when I got to this area of the game I stopped. The music scared the crap out of me, that and I had managed to mess up my warrior so much that it was impossible.
0:30, sounds like a saw that is tearing you a apart for the rest of time.
this part reminds me of Cantata del Diablo, from Mago de Oz.
"Quisiera ser olvido para nunca recordar. Quisiera ser brisa y así acariciar la vida una vez más."
Listen to the whole song, it's tremendous.
"abandon your feeble quest all that awaits you is the wrath of my master you are too late to save the child, now you will join him in hell"
conversely, Tyrael, Imperius, Malthael, Auriel, and Itherael were parts of a great titan called Anu
I still remember my first time in hell level in diablo 1. I beat the game i bought it.
I remeber this, getting items here is hard as fuck in battlenet though..
"I must be getting close"
EPIC MUSIC
Childhood nightmare fuel.
From 3:30, it’s so epic… can’t forget this track
This one is epic 1:09
thats what i imagine hell to sound like 👹👹👹👹
