Love your videos Pawel! When you want to select a switch or a trim, or what ever in OpenTX, just click it, and it will be selected... no need to look for it.
@@FPVUniversity Yes, you are correct. I use x10s for my jets, and it's good for the turbine trim for startup and shutoff. Somehow I remembered that I clicked and it become selected... I was wrong of course.

As was on trans when brought second hand, while using internal XJT, I was given prompt for using, internal aerial, external aerial, or both. Alert !!! I just got the Jumper T16 Pro. To work with dsm2 and dsmx receivers BOTH internal RF and external RF have to be ON in the model setup menu. After hours trying to make it work with the internal RF only and no response I try both on and wala!! works.
Great tip. I spent about 20mins trying to work out why my wing wouldn't arm a few days ago. Then realised my throttle trim was raised slightly. I'll be disabling it, so I don't make the same mistake again.
Pawel, how can we use a momentary switch to "Push On, Push Off"? I want to use the momentary toggle switch for the Auto-Trim in INav and it has to remain on till after landing and disarm. An audio confirmation of which state it is in would also be required. Thanks, your help is appreciated.
RTN button is acting like a long press of PAGE button. it does not back out of menus anymore. i have flashed firmware with jumpertx and opentx several times as well as reloaded sd card contents. please help?
Interesting way of turning off trims! In flight modes huh!? I was trying to turn off my trims yesterday... I went to INPUTS and for each channel there is a box to enable or disable trims. I tried it on one, however, it didn't work. Trim was still working. I wonder if to do it this way, I would have to disable trim on input, mixer and output. Have you tried it this way?
Hi. I just viewed your trim video. I fly fixed wing. I’m using a jumper tx16 pro with OpenTx. I would like to swap aileron and elevator trim switches T1 and T2 to T3 and T4 positions. I have been trying to understand the logic and procedure to do this. Can you help?
Thank u for this video believe me I'm learning so much I'm going to tell u that I never had a transmitter until a couple a month ago and I thought that it was going to be very easy well I was wrong so thank u again for ur work .
Hello pavel, Great video Isit possible to assign lets say: open cam control or betaflight to change something with goggels on in the camsettings or a quick rate change instead of using the stick commands?
Great video, very informative 👍 I learn a lot from your video. By the way, my TX16S (Radiomaster), the trim travel range is too small, minimum to maximum trim only move about 10 degrees approximately. How could I increase the trim travel range?
It does not matter which you do first, they do not affect each other. Autotrim is the most useful I find. Autotune tends to lower the P values too much for my liking.
nice , it would be awesome if you mae videos on how to creat input switches and mix them and assign them in betaflight configurator ,, u just got my sub . thnx

Is there a way of substituting the throttle trim switch with the slider pot so the slider pot could be used as the trim for throttle instead?
Fantastic tips, Pawel! Thanks a lot! 😃
Awesome! Thank you very much!

Would be great if you can make a video about that. When possible
Could the trim switches be set up to trim board alignment? I've done this with a pot on the Taranis.

What about trims during ‘manual’ mode for Fixed Wing??? INAV flight controller
servos can be autotrimmed by INAV

Good question... just 2 extra trim buttons, by default they are not assigned to any channels. And they are T5u, T5d, T6u and T6d IIRC

Not true about EagleTree Vector - this accomodates trimming .... unlike iNav :-(
