Va Tech vs Virginia. The Battle of who is the 3rd best college football team in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Behind Liberty and JMU. Who would have thought that would ever happen?
@@cameronquesenberry2687 I think to rank the pekking order in Virginia in football this year 1. Liberty 2. JMU 3. VT 4. UVA 5. ODU 6. WM 7. Richmond. 1st through 3rd are very close though. Then a big drop, then 4th through 7th are close. Side note...too bad George Mason U does not have football. If they ever formed a team I think they would be competitive within just a few years.
@@WyldStallion-bs9oo dude... Strength of Schedule: Liberty moved from #133 (LAST) up to #132 because they beat 10-3 New Mexico State in the C-USA championship game; JMU played the #111 ranked schedule; VT played #67 and UVA #9 (this is incredibly hard) JMU was 3-0 vs common opponents; VT 2-1 1. JMU 2. VT 3. Liberty (Oregon wins by 35 easy) 4. UVA 5. ODU 6. Richmond (literally beat W&M this season) 7. W&M (finished 6-5 in the FCS) 8. Hampton (5-6) 9. VMI (5-6 in a weaker conference) 10. Norfolk State (not a good team)
The Pitt and Syracuse games were fun, but this was easily my favorite Hokie game in 6 years. The future is bright
HOKIES!
thanks for the video!
its crazy how empty the stadium is for a huge rivalry game
2:10:19 ESPN misrepresented this. VT owns both of those “52’s”

Didn't realize JMU and Liberty had been to the National Championship game before
@@kenarthur6253 Speaking in terms of the 2023 season of course.
They’re all probably pretty close with the exception of uva. Gotta take into account that vt beat liberty last year when VT was even worse.
