I miss Harriet too. She brought such a beauty to the tracks on Romance and Hello Sadness, and not only because she is a total babe. The Sea is a Good Place to Think of the Future is such an astounding track 50% because of Gareth, 50% because of Harriet.
No disrespect meant to previous members and albums, as they're all brilliant, but LC! keep getting better. I really hope they get to make another album.
@@spanishactors Nah it’s technically all older songs I’m pretty sure from heat rash or something like that I’m kinda new to these guys and don’t know the specifics
love them so much ❤ i'm so happy i got to speak with kim, gareth, and rob after the show in vancouver. this whole band is full of such genuine lovely people.
Ol Hö Gareth is my favorite person in world and he is essencialy special in this band. without his voice the lyrics would not make sense. Idk, would sound just like the other million bands with pretty guys singing about love. These are real feelings
Yes, he grows on you. It's more about energy in their live performance clearly. Sounds better on recordings and he does some grea stuff lyrically and with melodies.
Always love Kim's quiet demeanor and Gareth's more chaotic one! Miss them all. Wish I could see them live 😢
new album out now yesssssdd
going on tour again! north america tour announces on monday
On records, they're amazing. Live, they're even better, louder, more desperate...
dude they sound sooooooo good live. totally agree.
They've been my favorite band since 2009 and will always be. I still miss Aleks voice.
She’s returned hasn’t she?
@@finnsimpson5253 I’m pretty sure she returned for the “Good Night for a Fistfight” live album

Both the guitars and Kim's backing vocals are louder than usual in Los Campesinos! live recordings on TH-cam. Both are good things.

THEY DID !!! yey

They're a favourite of mine to see live, even though I typically prefer heavy shows with mosh pits
this is so dope! thanks KEXP for sharing!

I thought this band had a female violinist. They did at the NPR Tiny desk series.
She left after the Hello Sadness album

I miss you Owly ~{•v•}~
Really great. Even better live. Didn't like the production on this latest album.
lois camp
first record of theirs i didn't care for. Hope they get to make another
first impression: couldnt they find a better singer? Music is great, but his voice unfortunately very poor and thin.
When he's the chief songwriter/lyricist for a band known for their witty, inventive and intelligent lyrics his presence is quite important!
Ol Hö Gareth is my favorite person in world and he is essencialy special in this band. without his voice the lyrics would not make sense. Idk, would sound just like the other million bands with pretty guys singing about love. These are real feelings
his voice is a grower
It’s funny that no one agrees with you.
