Hey man! fellow CoD player here of same power 66.5mill!. Yeah I had the same issue when I merged my pet with a skill I need, it took over all the other skills and it was no warning sign. Did you write to CS? I surely did. If enough of us complain (especially whales) they will fix it. The system is bugged and we both just lost 50$ because of their incompetence. Don’t let them get away with it. Show this video to them! Great video!
The level always matters. The levels boost the attributes. We cant see it(which needs to be patched), but every level there's a formula to figure out what the attributes are at level. The formula is multiplying the growth rate(number in the parenthesis) by one less of the lvl number. So if your growth rate on a stat is 1.7 and your lvl is 30. That means you multply 1.7 by 29. And let's say the base stat is 14. After multiplying the lvl with the growth rate you then add 14. So it will be 14(1.7) and the pet is level 30. And the total of it is what the stat will currently be.
Hi, I do have a question about it, I watched closely my battles with war pets and I dont see them using any of their skills it seems just staying there and pasivel giving his skills after being captured. Do they do any attack? I have no idea what pets to get for what troop type or if is any difference
they use bunch of skills before we capture them but afterwards i think the only skill cards are functioning. you can decide what pet type for each by looking at the potential each of their stat has ( like the max limit ) , for example roc and red faedrakes has lots of strength which makes them good for physical dps and blue faedrake got lots of intel max limit which makes them for mages
my blue drake fires a purple smoke-like energy something to the enemy that causes damage... and icon of my stripebear appears together with my tank commander when doing rage skill... seems like thats when the stripe bear is sharing its passive to mytank legion. need to read each skills ..
Yeah it's kinda scuffed right now. I say(at least currently) it's best to upgrade a pet with 0 or 1 skills and get it to legendary. Then just capture the same type as much as possible and then when you see a really good skill set on one you captured then take the skills.

I just don't like the fact that when you buy a skill you might have to try a lot of times for it to not replace one of the better skills you want to keep. It honestly might be cheaper to do it the way I'm saying. There's no telling how long it will take for you to have the skills you might want
So far all I can tell is five gems, but honestly the game doesn't explain most things - and the five gems doesn't seem particularly exciting. I wonder if there's more hidden beneath the surface?

Seriously if merging can cause all the previously own skills to disappear noone would do it!!!! I guess better option is to release it and hope you will get a skill card that you want back.
You need to get 10 to unlock the content in the book, not the skills. The skills are active as soon as you're able to have them join a legion. By the way, I think the pet needs to have a talent before it can do anything. Skills are modifiers to the talents. That's what it looks like to me, not yet 100% sure about this. Also, in the book, the skills listed are only relevant for the capturing of the pet. Once you capture it, only the talent and skills the pet has are relevant; the skills listed in the book are no longer relevant - this is also a theory.
This issue you have just happened to me I just got a pet with arrogance then went to buy terrible arrogance to match with , but the game decided to replace it instead 🙄 I have so many empty skill boxes but went straight to that one fkn scam bastards ..
Is really bad introduced. Limited chances to get pets. You can lose the skills you get using money. The most ridiculous thing ive seen in a long time. Plus the overall impact of the pets is not really clear

I'll be doing an advanced guide for tomorrow ^.^ But honestly, I haven't seen any animations. You can see differences in the buff log though.

They have to have the same amount of skill slots in order for that to work
for me not a good idea ( 5k is expensive for me ), I would rather buy a good skill in pet store since you change the current skill of pet

@@umbrasdarkness I think the skills that you see in the "Codex" are skills that the wild beasts possess that you try to capture/attack in the wild.
does having a pet and artifact equipped on a deputy have any increase bonuses for the whole legion? what about skills and talents on a deputy?
