Hello madam the allap you are doing is at slow tempo and this much niyaz on sware is not possible on string instruments like sarood and rabab what can one do for niyaz on such instruments please guide
It is possible brother just try to keep aalap as low as possible. Just listen to maestros who have played so peacefully alaap in these instruments you will get to know. And the most important thing is to take and grab the feel of the raag. When you will take it you will be able to feel every swara on slow tempo
