What made it a beautiful moment whenever he got a big push was simply because we knew this guy had problem but always stole the show whenever he stepped foot in the ring, he just couldn’t control himself outside of the ring but was so damn good inside of it when it was time. Not to mention his popularity & how many of us he was heros to. So when he finally got his big moments it felt like the best thing ever. This dude was bigger than Obama in 08 and 09 literally lol
Yeah, I’m kind of surprised that he wasn’t on the list. Way before there was Daniel Bryan‘s yes movement there was the Ryder Revolution. I remember 11 year-old me was so high on his organic rise to popularity even though it’s a damn shame that Vincent McMahon completely killed his push because the company has a reputation for hating wrestlers who get themselves over without his consent.
He didn’t get a push though, that’s what this list is about. The moment the fans cheered for him & he became so popular that was like the best merch seller for a while, Vince buried him. It’s great to see how far he’s come. (I keep up with the indies). He’s been dominating around the world & it’s still confusing on why wwe won’t sign him. From what I’ve heard it’s because they don’t see him as a top guy although he reinvented himself & from what cardona has said he feels like he’s top guy worthy which he is.
@ sure he probably was never going to be world champion and I’ll honestly, I would’ve been cool with that but I feel like he should’ve been one of the top midcarder throughout the 2010s consider considering his overwhelming popularity. But yet at the same time, Jinder Mahal was world champion so…
@@mycahjofficial well yeah like u Said if u got over by yourself & the fans loved it & Vince himself didn’t partake in it I was gonna get buried. Vince hated Daniel Bryan as well & tried everything in his power to book around him but the fans erupted & hijacked every show with yes chants wanting Bryan until Vince had no choice but to push him. Like with kofi in 2019 as well, Vince ain’t wanna push him but the fans rode hard for him until Vince had no choice & ofc Bryan bribing Vince to put kofi over because he deserved it & in the end Vince said fuck u & derailed kofis momentum to which he’ll most likely never be a top champ again. So yeah
If Jeff had more control during his 2010 TNA Heel Run… My God it would have been Legendary! His promos were great it was something I wanted for years… And he blew it!
Jeff was him. Was and always will be my favorite wrestler of all time. Crazy that if he was still clean or didn't have any issues, he'd have a banger feud with Roman for the title
Jeff Hardy for sure!!! He was my favorite!!!! I loved the guy!!! 😂😂😂😂 obsessed!!! His high flying maneuvers etc I was inlove !!! You couldn’t tell me anything about Jeff Hardy to spoil his name. Nothing!!!! It’s unfortunate he had issues! Still one of my favorite wrestlers!!! But presently it’s Cody!!!! Love love love Cody Rhodes!!!!!! He deserves every good wwe moment!
Jeff hardy was already my fav of all time because prior to 2008, a auntie of mine gave me a vcr tape recording of old wwf ppvs and such. And some of those tapes was wrestlemania 17 and tlc 2 was like my legit first time watching wrestling with my cousin. We were hooked on it. We saw matches also where it was the hardy boyz vs TnA, and thought it was sick. After that, it was history. Jeff won the WWE title a week after my 9th birthday. And when "Jeff Hardy my Life my Rules" came out, it was like a bitter sweet goodbye to Jeff leaving WWE. Like bruh i HATED Punk when he won that cage match and proceeded to mock jeff hardys entrance. I litterally convinced myself that when i grow up, im going straight after punk lmao. Im still aspired to be a wrestler, and if i ever do become a wrestler, jeff hardy and cm punk are two of the many wrestlers i wanna face.
When Woods and Kofi were arguing in the back, I’m so glad Woods brought up how Brock Lesnar squashed Kofi for the WWE championship, and Kofi just moved on like nothing happened.
Honestly, Rey and Eddie definitely should've been on this list. You wanna talk about people who were the opposite of what Vince saw as world champion material, but got over anyways? They are very high on that list.
Jeff Hardy is what got me into wrestling around that time period. He will also, for me, go down as one of the biggest what-if's in wrestling. As far as his push goes.
The thing that helps Jeff push even more is the fact that every match it's like he's the underdog and would do anything by throwing his body on the line for the win... the moves he does are just different from every other superstar, he got the looks, the amazing entrance, every match he just does something crazy that it always feels fresh and the best part if jeff is in any ppv main event he will always push for a no DQ or extreme rules match which is so rare for the fans to see that in itself put so much excitement for the fans.
Daniel Bryan was the underdog to succeed Then Daniel put over Kofi for Kofimania Now Kofi needs to win a championship and put over someone else (suggestions)
I have to frame it as a match in the acknowledgment that it takes two opposing forces to create a manifestation, and the definition of each character. And as far as the challenge bookers face, it’s finding ways to close the gaps between the long form stories the fans demand, along with matches that often lead to higher injury rates that shelf the ability to satisfy the former. At least in its current format.
I remember being in middle school in 2008; my friends and I would sing No More Words at the lunch table. Jeff was having everyone want to Swanton Bombs
I was in elementary school when jeff hardy won i remember not being able to watch the ppv so i used my psp to go onto the wwe site and see the ppv results and was so excited when i saw he won the wwe championship

Think about this… Jade comes back, explains who the attacker was, it is Charolette flair, they have a feud, Charolette wins multiple matches against Jade. Cody has been babyface for almost 4 years now and the people who pay for this shows keep on cheering for him, which shows that the internet hate is so forced, just a hate train that doesn't even have a real reason on why they hate on cody. Cm punk leaving also gave the shield added shelf life bc the group was supposed to split up & Roman vs Dean was gonna happen at mania with no clear plans for Seth rolllins

I personally wanted Roman to still be champion until a bit past summerslam but that’s because I hate hogan and didn’t want him to be in the top 3 of longest world title reigns of WWE anymore.
Honestly I believe Cody versus Sami at wrestle mania for title could have worked. Sami wins it off Roman and then Cody Turns heel and wins it off Sami at Mania . They could play the whole you stole the perfect ending to my story angle.

Jeff Hardy was more over than Obama & Cena in 2008 😭🔥
Especially when he won the WWE title for the first time ever. Goosebumps.
This is true 😂

He really was 😂
Facts we was all like if it’s not Jeff we don’t care😂
Jeff Hardy’s push was definitely my favorite. Dude was so popular during that time, everyone wanted to be like him
Jeff Hardy’s major push, I saw in its totality and what made me fall in love with wrestling and Jeff one of my personal favorites

Happy new year Ross and man when Jeff won the WWE title mannn it was awesome
You can't truly appreciate it until you see it live, but the massive pop in a live crowd when you hear, "UUUUSSOOOOO!!" is absolutely insane.

Finn Balor run to the top is so underrated but his injury stopped his main event run from happening 😭
I’ll say this. People who pay money to visit this shows and cheer and boo. Their opinions matter more than people on twitter. In my opinion.
When Woods and Kofi were arguing in the back, I’m so glad Woods brought up how Brock Lesnar squashed Kofi for the WWE championship, and Kofi just moved on like nothing happened.

Bret Hart over Lex Luger in the mid 90s and Pyscho SID was cheered over Shawn Michaels to name a few. My fav was Rey winning at WM 22.

I can only imagine how the timeline is where pipebomb punk n completely clean Jeff storyline would be🔥
