Comprehensive speed bag for the beginner by, IMHO, the best boxing coach I've ever seen. And I have seen many I was one after seeing Tom I feel like a hack and I put everything into it.

Eye hand coordination and hand speed are essential gains you acquire with the light bag. MMA fighters, for the most part, don’t bother match with the light bag, which is a shame since their striking could significantly improve. Thank you for this video.
