I watched this inspiring video yesterday and did 1 minute de-cluttering of my work desk, cleaned one glass-door of my washroom, organized one small kitchen drawer . I can see that life will be simpler and better soon. Thank you for the video ❤
I love these! One great habit I started at home. (I am rather messy). Every time I enter a room, I pick up/dust or organize 5 things. 5 quick things. I love the moment I go in the bathroom or kitchen, and I really have to stretch my mind to have FIND 5 things to do.
I did that too . I completely decluttered , cleaned and reorganized my kitchen 5 things at a time. It took me a while but after a week I started to see a difference , which encouraged me to go on . I can be very messy so now I have rules about not getting piles of things , I do 5 min folding laundry , 5 min cleaning one shelf of the fridge etc etc
Me too! I've implemented a 2 day a week text schedule, Tuesday and Thursday. Each week I'll pick someone I care about, but don't talk to enough, and send a text or two. A few days later, I respond back again. It might be 3-4 texts over the week. Next week, I choose someone else I haven't spoken to, repeat. My friends all understand that I work 60+ hours a week, and am a bit of a hermit. This new habit means I proactively reach out and touch base with 4-5 people a month who are important to me... a HUGE improvement! Many people won't understand, and think this approach is cold, but my peeps out there will totally get it! 😂
I silence my phone's notifications and choose to check in manually. Android also allows me to outright mute noisy apps. I find both help me maintain focus on whatever's at hand.
My takeaway: Gratitude that my life is not focused on "clutter" to be eliminated and productivity to be "gained." Instead, I seek to GIVE what I can to others who need what I can give, and to ask for and receive what I need. And to gracefully attend to the challenges I face.
The last habit in Latin America is so difficult. I will never be able to have a 1 min conversation on the phone with my aunts or grandmas. They talk too much 😂
Love this video. I I know that to help a person get motivated. Sometimes you have to just start with 1 minute. Tell yourself I'm going to do anything that you want to do for one minute
Some days ago i bought a book named Atomic habits. Its a amazing book written by James clear.I have been reading all days..it's very interesting and will be learning new things of habits.❤
I like to think that the "1-minute" idea is a bit of a rush - where I like to take my time even for something that would be quick or easy to do for most people. But with saying that it can be 1 minute or x minutes depending on the person and their choice for x. Tho I do like these suggestions - it'a just that a text may turn into a hour long conversation or glancing my calendar may roll into planning for the day for 30 minutes. Thx for the video : )
I loved your ideas for a New habits to incorporate in life!! They are really easy and I never seen in others channels. Thank you so much! Regards from Santiago of Chile

Those things take more than 1 minute.
Honestly one minute isn’t enough for any of these things. Five minutes would be more realistic.
1-minute read of Wikipedia: guaranteed to take you 30 min 🙂
