Sure, they have an accent but their grammar is all over the place. The sentences feel forced. I wouldn't be surprised if they are found speaking in another language.
Maheep is born and brought up in London. Her first language is English. Neelam is born and brought up in Hong Kong. She has an accent. Other two were talking normally
My only gripe is that the show, albeit its name, is not showcasing the real lives of these women. The choice of a language plays a big role in how well one is able to express themselves. In the age of subtitles and dubbed audio, there is no need to have a 'documentary' in English. So why the odd choice? (It's rhetorical, we do know the answer.)
