I’m back here after knowing each and everyone of them was in pain dancing to this lmaoo. As a dancer I wouldn’t even be surprised. They jumped, squatted, twirled, thrusted, neck bopped, arm alternations. I actually tried dancing to this at the time it came out and it did hurt a lot of my muscles.
If there is a chogiwill, there is a chogiway ohhh no worries ahah. It’s true, this dance isn’t hard to do, but it works your whole body and the chorus speeds up quite a bit. Especially the part where they step back in the chorus and then rise and squat to the ground... that alone hurts your gluts and quads.
ilovesky yes ofc! At 1:19 see how they traveled back with air kicks, rised a bit and dropped fully in a squatting position? At 3:19 you can tell some of them were too exhausted to bend all the way down. 0:56-1:03 This whole part is tiring too. The spinning, pelvic and chest movements are hard to keep up in the speed they were at and to also be in sync with others. 1:16 that arm and leg alternation is also one I referred too. Once again, not hard to do, but in the speed they were going at and the duration of the song, it’s quite tiring with the feet shuffling too. It requires not only body coordination, but balance and core strength. I’m sorry to be picky and compare them! But at 1:17 you can see behind D.O the difference between kai and Chanyeols performance. Kai’s movements are clean and sharp but also he has found a centre of balance with his core strength to be able to perform those side by side hip movements which Chanyeol weren’t able to execute as well. That entire sequence is hard to keep up and maintain through the whole song too. The fact that the whole choreo was quite repetitive also doesnt help ahah. To summarise: exos choreos aren’t as easy as people think they are! Hope this helps!!

Oh yes, he will take your heart and run with it. I used to be a hardcore Kai bias (he was also my first UB) but then D.O decided to wreck me so now I just bias KaiSoo :-D I have seen all of Kyungsoo's dramas too and he is not only an amazingly talented vocalist but also a stellar actor!!!!
