Saying Goodbye… Difficult RV Renovation

- Sometimes you need to learn to walk away and reset yourself. This renovation has been bigger and more intense than we ever expected, so we finally decided to take some time to our selves. If you don't know us, we love hiking, camping and thought we should tryp backpacking. Sourdough'nt ever get old... may not be very clever, but I was trying to be original. That one Emma Lee made must have been fabulous! What kind of toppings do you two spread on the bread? Butter or anything at all?
Looks like changing gears is a good thing. Some catch up and cleaning always feels good. Love Emma Lee's hair and it keep her looking fresh!
Backpacking tip: Always tell a third party, who is NOT hiking with you, where you are going and when you will be back and be sure to call them when you are safe and off the trail. Take plenty of water since that is the killer of most hikers I have had to rescue out of the desert. Enjoy!

The best sourdough I ever baked was in the sun with a large cardboard and aluminum foil solar oven.
That’s pretty bad ass. Never tried a solar oven before!
