I've found if you turn the engine braking down to zero at Japan it makes going through the S's a thousand times easier and far less slippery. No good for races obviously because you drain your battery so fast but perfect for time trial on this track.
yeah i managed to get 10th on the leaderboard last year just a hundreth away from 1st but you physically couldnt go any faster than P1s time as it would invalidate so i couldnt improve.
This reminds me of one of the qualifying events to the inaugural F1 eSports championship back on F1 2017 at Catalunya, where drifting through the final chicane saved massive time because the game thought the player lost control and thus wasn't penalized.
@@That_F1fan he wants to get better at it, if you play all tracks for 5 hours, you will barely get better, but if you practice one for 5 hours, you will improve a lot

@killslayer1526 you do not have to have all sectors purple in order to have the fastest lap

I did this on f123 and got 79th in the leaderboard🤣 seems they still haven't fixed it

@@Femabash yeah because you have to get it inbetween your best time and P1s time and that is beyond difficult
I don't know why they don't just make it that if you leave the track your time is invalidated
