I love everything about this video, the gasps and the camera moving. BECAUSE it makes it feel like I’m really there at the show... for example that echo at 12:46
This was suppose to be just a test on a camera I received from my grandfather, but a friend of mine just continued to record the whole thing and posted it on his own.
Couldent care less about the crowd tbh i think clapping and cheering should be frowned upon... i came here to listen to amazing musicians not you screaming your bloody head off during what would of been the best part of the show.
William Haney yes but the energy of the crowd translates almost directly to the performance energy of the group. A loud and excited crowd gets the performers excited and therefor a more lively and “soulful” show. But that’s just me speaking on my limited drum corps experience🤷🏻♂️ (marched BAC ‘19)
I'm just saying it was a little awkward after 3:50 seemed like it was just a rehearsal because it sounded like 2 or 3 people clapped lmao Maybe people were so amazed that their reaction was mute idk but I would have been yelling from excitement from those mellos
Drumline: in the middle of feature
Recorder: I will now take sudden interest in everything but the drumline
I crack up at this all the time! I asked why my friend did that when he was recording it! 🤣
I bought Amin Bhatia's Interstellar Suite on cassette tape in 1987 and thought it would make a great DCI show.
If you can find it, it's a great album.
It was-Twice!
What was symbolized by the frisbee throwing during the “ballad thing”?
Visual queue of the hornline playing staggered
Throwing away a 2nd DCI Championsip
We were “exploring unchartered space”, so that section was called “echos” and it was like we were watching comets/stars/UFOs pass by
Just a time stamp for every time I watch this video 3:45
understandable! I'm glad this video is useful!!

I feel so bad for the contras at 10:08
Must’ve been super hard to do that.
Its carolina crown 💪🏼

He was out with an injury. If I remember correctly, he was back after the Texas tour.
Did anyone else notice the field move to the aide but the marchers were perfectly fine

Performing this show was oddly fun, but yeah, the moments were so fast that the audience didn’t know when to fully clap 😂
