Slide and Slide Lite are Peak Design's flagship camera straps. Why? I already bought one three years ago. The strap does still a formidable job. but the new colors look nice too.
My wife purchase the Lite for me as a birthday gift a couple years back and I absolutely love it. I have it paired with the 3 Legged Thing Ellie when needs be and no complaints at all. Great product for sure. I will getting another slide soon for another camera.

Unlike the way it’s trashed in this ad, the tripod mount bracket rules! My 5DIV with a 100-400 was so easy to carry on my shoulder with that. Love it.

I really like my Slide strap - but have one annoyance - for some reason they will un clip when I am putting the camera down - I can't seem to figure out I don't think I hit them or press them to release

I was ready to purchase, but I read multiple reviews that the rubbery logo on the strap melts and makes a mess on clothing and cameras. Will you guys ever offer an option without it?

Adding my voice to the "please make colourful options without leather" chorus! I love the black stuff I have, but it would be nice to have some more options that don't require needless death.
Ha Ha, people still try to buy my blue Slide Tallac off me all the time because you couldn't get it anymore, maybe now they can leave me alone.
Took mine back and got a refund. It wouldn't stay on my shoulder. Kept slipping off. Due to spinal injuries I can't have a strap around my neck. The very thin anti slip strips just didn't do the job. Also didn't sit right when I turned it inside out to use the non slip side.

in that case, use the capture clip :)
I use the first generation PD Leash as a sling when I have a back pack on. It's not perfect but it does the job (If you can find one).

@@cranfordrd When I look in my camera cupboard, I feel like a one man PD advertising machine 😆 Their products are just wonderful. Just don’t like that I’m limited to only black products on account of their use of leather.
The only product I have with a bit of colour is their older 20l Tan Backpack.
Again, wonderful products, I just feel it’s about time they used something other than leather. There are so many options.
Especially for a company that’s so proud of working as green as possible.
