- This is crazy, this is crazy! Pressing nails onto your own toenails is a weird concept, but here goes nothing. Join me as I test out ImPress Nails and Dashing Diva press on toe nails side by side.

I love press on pedi so much, it is my best investment. I have problem cutting my toenail every other day. I thought I have ingrowns, but it doesn't hurt, just itchy(?) .My friends told me ingrown hurts. so I finally realized that was just dead skin, when skin grows somehow I feel itchy or so.Anyway! When I put press on pedi, which was plastic, stop me cutting my toenail. I stop cutting toenail from June 9th, it took me abt 5 months to be in good condition from buttom to top. I highly recommend people have problem such as biting nails, cutting toenails or simply want to have longer nail to do nails or press on, nail polish won't stop me. But gel nail or press on nails will. and they don't chip for the pedi, I can reuse them after cleaning the adhesive tabs. which we can buy nail tabs from China. To me , if I can keep reuse them, the price just super afforadable. I keep watching youtube for some review, some said if you put press on pedi for too long abt 4 weeks, the toenail turned yellow. So I always remove them abt 3 weeks. I have tried nail wraps ,gel nail , semi cured nail wraps and press on 4 ways. at least ,I will choose press on pedi for my toe for sure! press on nails are another thing, 'coz my real nail is longer than my press on. and I prefer long nail, I don't want to cut them to fit press on nails. Btw I never use glue, do you think it cause some damage to real nail ?[ I am not English native speaker, if you can't understand me ,probably just because I rarely use English to write comment.

I started doing them last month. Love them. You can also use size 0 from your press on nails for your big toes to match.

Thanks for the review as I have thought about it. Over the spring and summer I was paying $75!!!!!!!!!!! for pedicures and in these inflationary times I just had to stop. But it looks like a five year old painted my toenails when I do it…and I am 5 years times 10 😅😆
Oh my goodness I am the same. When I paint my toenails, they look comical!
The problem with press on pedicures is they are only for perfect toe nails! My little toe has a beak and my big toenails stick up and they're not flat at all and they're deformed and tiny so it's depressing because I LOVE the look of press on toenails but again they're only for women with perfect toes they will adhere to. The rest of us can only dream of perfect toes.

Thank you but if you saw how ugly my toes are you would think different. I hate my toenails, I look at so many womens feet who have beautiful toes, you can't even see the polish on my toes. I have brachydactyly, my toenails and my fingernails never grew. My fingernail beds are the size of a child's nail bed even though I'm 40 years old so I can never get the fingernails to fit either and nail salons make fun of me by saying omg! You have the tiniest nails ive ever seen! So I never get my nails or toes done and sadly never get to feel pretty. I don't know what pretty feels like cause every woman everywhere I go has these long fingers with normal nail beds snd their big toe is huge and they can paint designs on it. I can never have that stuff and I stay away from women too cause they judge. It's always oh you're so cute, you're so different.
Yep! Same here I would never paint my toenails cause it looks like a 4 year old painted it and then on top of that I have no nail beds to paint making it look worse!

Yes! @miahasdiggles when you mentioned cutting them, I was curious what tool you used. Would be cool to see that. And I wondered too if you could do some trimming on a side to get the fit better.
Yes! Check out my dos and don't video. It's up now! I just used a large clipper meant for toenails. They tend to work better than a smaller one for these fake nails. Also, I've trimmed sides before to force a nail to fit better when I'm running low on sizes.

So far I've had a set of imPress on my toes for a week! No budging even on my little tiny pinky toenails. Those I had to clip short, but the rest of them I left as is. I ordered a ton more including DD!! I love the nail art for my toes. I've also been doing foot soaks and foot lotion with aloe socks with no issue of pop offs. I'm shook!!! 🙀🤯
I learned I do have to buff the nail plate until it is chalky for my toes to stick along with using a dehydrator. I also press for 30 seconds on each nail and set a timer. I think this is a crucial step.
What do you do for your press on nails where some of the glue is exposed and it starts to collect lint?
This is awesome news! Good tips for roughing up the nail and dehydrating, it's worth the extra effort. I snip or rip off the excess or it drives me crazy.
@MiaHasDiggles I pick off the linty glue too. 🤣 I know you can seal the glue tabs with clear polish to prevent lint from sticking, but I haven't tried it for when I trim the nails down. I might give it a shot and cap the edges if I trim my nails down.
I do wish I could get more than one set per box of each brand. I do save my partials though because one day I will mix and match with a plain creme color if I want to.

I'm really curious about wear if you are at the beach a lot. Like being in the ocean a lot, running around in the sand. Will they hold up to that?
I've worn them on vacation and they are pretty reliable. I haven't had a pop off, however, I always bring a tiny glue bottle just in case.
I kinda expected this because, I’ve noticed how when I paint both my toe and finger nails, the toe nails can still be seen after like MONTHS while the finger nails nail polish have all chipped off! It’s possibly because we use our hands more than our toes!😅

The press on toe nails looks so nice. I use press on nails on my fingers. For me way better than going to the salon every time. I wanted to try press on nails for the toes. But i was a little bit scared about the feeling and also when i need to weat socks and sneakers ore boots it’s fall now in my country. After seeing you’re video i will the toe press on nails a change. Thank you so much for sharing this video ❤

Dashing diva does not have sizes for larger nailbeds like Kiss does, they're designs look fun but it's a BIG NO. Plus their return process is horrible.
Good point. Maybe that's why Dashing Diva jives with my fingers better, I may have smaller beds on my hands. But I preferred the impress size for my toes.
