Why only alcohol dependence have the subspecifier as current use continues and episodic, no other substances have not that specifier. Please clarify it sir

Based on clinical observations and research, Alcohol is known to have episodic use and continues use. Hence, this specifier is mentioned under Alcohol
In future, if we are able to establish that these specifier are also seen other substances, it may be included to all
