- This video is regarding the basic guidelines for candidates appearing in ISSB exam. Group discussion is one of the key element of judging the candidate while he is performing in the group. Candidates are not only being judged while they are speaking but also they should be a good listener as well. Their body language either they are speaking or listening the speaker, play very important role in their selection. Candidates are to bear in their mind that they are being examined all the time even when they are listening the other individual. Guidance has been provided in this video that how they have to take the topic logically while keeping the time limitation in their mind. Similarly they have been advised to avoid being follower or disagreeable to other members. Politicizing anything or defining critical topics are strictly to be avoided. Group discussion is only exam. Remember that you are not going to change the world through your pitch of voice. So be sober, straightforward and logical while delivering your words. I hope this video will some how contribute little in the preparation of group discussion exam of ISSB. Best wishes
