Command Task in ISSB by Commander Junaid

- Command Task is one of the important and foremost past of ISSB exam where command ability, attitude, administration qualities, logical planning, sequential way forward and pro-active approach are being judged. It is the only direct assessment of ISSB for the purpose one is being here, that is military officer. Everyone in the group will be given opportunity to become commander and command the respective group. Similarly GTO interview will also be carried out in this task. Once you are not commander and acting under the another commander or acting as subordinate in the group, even then you will be judged for your obedience and selfishness. In a nut shell it is one of the most important exam of ISSB. Therefore through practice and commander ability are required on Command Task. I hope this video will be very useful for the candidates of ISSB.

I start,i was like commander, ( i briefed as gto ordered me).
Start i was like commander and didnt do much cz i want to put myself in middle,
Then my teammate put his plan and i let him to take initiative( not be hitler) and he get off track, he was choosing difficult path,
Then i advised him, but he didnt listen to me, 3 time foul and doing blunderss
Then gto said comander sb mri trf na dekhy ap comander hai is waqt
Then i orderd him abit agresively to come back and then i put plank and stood him back ,he was heavy and i was lightweight, and put plank to right side by myself..
Time was short , as soon i put plank, gto said ok time is up..
Any honest reviews and suggestions?
This was absolutely subordinate and dependant sort of attitude. Commander shouldn't b like this. Plz get appropriate training from academy then move forward

Sir, if the person is physically fit in ISSB and very good in doing obstacles and in PGT etc but looks weak or thin then does it effects recommendation? I'm 3-4 KG underweight. Just like previous time but I've tried to gain and still trying.

Merits and de merits are those habits which is judged by urself inside u. Good and bad qualities are worldwide recognized and normally being judged by someone else

AoA,I am Awais ali from Quetta & I am not recommened candidate of 25 A&SD(PAF) for the perment commision & I am also waiting for my ISSB of 145PMA.My questions is this my performence of last ISSB is over all much bettter then others candidate but maire commmand task or psych interview mae commandant b mojjod thae jokae baki candiates kae interviews or tasks mae nhai GTO & Psychologist dono nae maire task or interview mae Commandant ko bulwaya.Aaisa Q kia gia apki supervision kia khti hae.
Itefaq ho skta ha. Commandant khud aagae honge. Otherwise GTO and psychologist are competent enough to judge u. Commandant ki assistance ki zaroorat nhi

Completion of task is not the guarantee of pass and fail. Similarly vice versa
