I've always liked TLT's songs but this was one of my favs. Also I love the idea of MXY seeing JGY as this type of Midas, everything he touches turns to gold but dies. Also the "make me part of your design" part fits a bit too well with MXY's whole character lol

Yeah, but I think cause we know that Yao was actively getting rid of other heirs I think some of the things the (15 at the time) boy was accused of weren’t true or totally honest.
He got his revenge tho so at least he’s dead in peace lol

Millicent Belle Tolentino that’s a complicated question. In the novel it was implied he had something to do with driving MXY insane. Officially, MXY was driven out of the Jin sect for harassment of JGY, so incestual and homosexual tendencies. It was never clear if it’s true or not but JGY was never included in his revenge plan.
In CQL on the other hand, MXY was driven out for harassing Qin Su and having a hero worship thing for JGY. Either ways MXY felt some long lasting grudge towards him or something and included him as one of the people for WWX to kill.

God, the poor guy had fucked up life from start to finish, lived and died miserably but he was avenged at the very least. It just sucks how no living person cared for him or gave him any sort of affection.

We don't really know about much what life Mo Xuanyu had in past, his mother was an servant and his father was a member of Jin clan and the illegitimate sons and a former disciple of the Lanling Jin Clan before living with horrible aunt and cousin he did live somewhere else but we don't really about his home life but maybe before live into the Jin clan for awhile and maybe Jin Guangyao was using Mo Xuanyu for his own personal reasons to use his energy for his own purpose and goul and when done with Mo Xuanyu he was no longer useful anymore and over time I think Mo Xuanyu want revenge for the people who use him and hurt him the most.
