incredible 16m pole.... great method, but extreme for a leisure/weekend angler that... i never had much luck fishing canals i was too obsessed with getting near the far side boats.... i didnt think right in the middle was productive...i wished id tried it... but im talking about the pre- internet days where an 11m pole was kinda new-ish...

James you say you big pot 30 casters every 20 mins untill you go onto that line what do you do then continue big spotting every 20mins or do you then loose feed once fishing that line?

I'm wanting to try bread punch fishing as my area of the Ashby canal is loaded with silvers. I have the bread punch kit would you add anything flavouring wise to liquidised bread?
