this setting works best when your gpu is 100% loaded. Without it 100% gpu load causes additional input lag which you can defeat by limiting framerate and thus gpu usage, but you loose a bit from lowering framerate (not really a problem for 240hz+). Also, for smoothest gameplay I recommend using framerate limit via RTSS, QC's limit is not really good. RTSS limits freames on CPu level and gives you a true flat line, without any hiccups and you don't need reflex at that point. Also from my experience (might not be for everyone) this games gets a bit smoother with freesync or gsync enabled and framerate caped a few fps below monitors max refresh rate. Without it I feel really small microstutters.
In PTS with Nvidia reflex boost i get the fps i cap to ingame as long as its a fps my specs can hold as lowest, very very minor change in fps 143-144 but mostly 144, no need for RTSS. i7-6700k,gtx980,32GB Ram,144fps at all low,.
What does raw mouse input do? And what is Nvidia Reflex exactly? And are you colorblind or something? :p Are there any benefits capping the framerate really? That screen tearing is due to recording or do you actually see all that tear all the time? I would've gone nuts if that happened on my screen.
Reflex does nothing unless your GPU is being capped out by the game engine/settings(95-100% gpu load)...only then will it make a positive difference. The majority of QC players would be using the lowest possible settings, therefore Reflex will do nothing at all for them. It may even decrease your FPS slightly and add additional input lag if used incorrectly. RAW mouse input on the other hand will be the biggest benefit of this upcoming patch. Reflex is pretty much fodder for this game except for the few people that wish to max their settings out and play like that(would not recommend).
havent seen any evidence that reflex will increase input lag when you are cpu bound. all tests have shown it being exactly equal in terms of input lag when cpu bound as having it off.

I disable all the new stuff (reflex and mouse raw), and the game feels better. I have a 60hz monitor and a recently change the vsync to adaptive vsync. Seams better too. On game i have frames uncapped. Do you think the stuttering is in some way related to the monitor? Because if i go above the refresh rate i have tearing, if i go bellow i have stuttering. If you don't have a powerful PC i wouldn't do uncapped FPS. Especially because you have a 60hz monitor I'm not sure anything above 200 fps is going to help you so much. What is a stable FPS that your PC can achieve during big fights without much variance?

Nice video!! I dont test PTS, but I wait that update and then i have to do some test. I tweak my pc setup for QC about few weeks. I do so many test at my LG testrun with bots. If i had wrong setting at nvidiapanel and i dont tweak Windows, QC is so hard to play. I have 144hz monitor and i played that at 150fps cap , but now i cap is 240fps,MB that feels better. I have I7-9600k running at 4.6@all core and rtx3070oc. That cpu is now bottleneck, but i dotn get 240fps continually. I get some drops at 220fps. But when i dotn use cap i can get over 400fps, but drops are at 220 too. MB reflex help me lilttle. IDK. I want FPS at around at +270fps then after then i can buy 240hz monitor. Or i need to update to AMD multicore CPU and MB too...
I don't think so. Your specs sound adequate. What are you video settings? If you've seen me flash my QC video settings you know that I have everything on Low. Also nvidia CP settings affect framerate as well so maybe try my nvidia CP settings and put all QC graphics on LOW, turn everything off, and see what your results are in a map with 8 people. I don't think you need such high frames with 144hz either, but every system is different. Find a suitable FPS cap and being able to maintain it without much variance, especially in fights, is what is key.

Btw i record my clips with OBS studio, MB that drops my FPS...? I have to test without that too. What about the Low Latency Mode in the NVCP? Is it enabled, too with the new Reflex setting in QC?
Nvidia's says on their site that enabling Reflex overrides low latency mode
