    Dear Sir,
The question is, based on new updates for Iranian, is it true that an Iranian person with a Multiple visa who is currently in Canada, would be able to apply for Open Work Permit without a job offer? If yes, would you please share the link which is explaining this update?
Thank you so much for your attention and participation.

Now if I calculate my crs points which I would be having by 2024 Feb, it would be around 470 to 495. So, do you think that IRCC would still do the draw between 470 to 500 during 2024 and 2025? or do you think that the draw would be higher than 510 after 2 or 3 years?

I applied May 2021 under Stream B and received AOR in March 2022. Waiting almost 9 months. Been in Canada 6 years. There are people who came to Canada studied for 2 years graduated and got their PR. I don't understand the priorities. 6 years of paying taxes and proving to be employable and safe to Canadian society. The process should not have been first come first serve but who is in Canada first, we will address first. The stream A should not exist, it is too easy. But, I am happy for those who got through that way.

Im currently under PGWP and been working in the healthcare since pandemic. My status is full-time temporary position, so it means my contract has been renewed every 6mos. My question is how can you apply an OINP Indemand job stream when one of the requirements should be FULL-TIME PERMANENT POSITION? companys are too smart to give permanent position at this time right? So it does not makes sense already how we gonna apply?
I dont know about this Motion 44 they are implementing…its giving false hope already. I was praying to have the the TR to PR back.

I was hoping that too, I am with an open work permit until May 2023, working as a school custodian my position it's only for 10 months then they revenue it each year for 10 months, however because of the 10 months position I am unavailable to apply to the AOS of Alberta in spite of being working as a full-time and having the 1 year of experience.
