On Monday I submitted my application for a study permit then I realized that I forgot to attach my letter of explanation. I immediately sent the missing document the same day and I received the confirmation message that my document is added to my profile. I can confirm that it only takes 2 days. Hi, as i had a valid biometric, i did not pay the fee during the PR application. Now i have an email from ircc to pay the fee and send the receipt through webform. In the webform when choose the "permanent residence (online)" as type of application, only express entry is selectable on the next combo box.

What if the webform was submitted incorrectly. Is there a way to withdraw the webform or inform IRCC to ignore it.
