For anyone asking, this is completely invalid for North America.
Huawei does not offer support service for the North American Market
If you contact support and ask why, they will send you an useless auto-reply message that makes no sense whatsoever.

But it gives u option to choose between email or phone number but since the region i need doesn't exist i have to go with email but after entering email and password it again wants my phone number!!! 😡
Can't create an ID. Nigeria is not in the option even to update the phone is impossible, it keep telling you that you're using the latest version which is not true. What a phone?? 😐
