How often do the frontline crews come to train the recruits? Also, might seem like a dumb question, what's the purpose in having these crews come in to teach the recruits?
Crews come in on a daily basis and share their knowledge and expertise. As to what’s the purpose, who better to learn from then who is the expert in the field and who they will be working with on a daily basis.
@@SouthMetroFireRescuePIO I think it's brilliant to have the line crews out there. There's knowing how to do something and then there's teaching how to do something. You have to really think about it in order to properly teach how to do something, so it's keeping them sharp. On the job training in a controlled environment... it's an excellent use of resources. That's how I see it at least.
I’m only 23 I was someones guardian angel Yesterday Someone was in their car and no idea it was on fire And me my friend was just driving by And I called 911 While he helped her out And we have volunteer department so it took them about 15 minutes before they could get an engine there
