    Just want to say thank you, I combined your undervolt/overclock videos and was able to get P48 all core E36 44 on ring with -0.45 offset stable with occt, Will still keep trying for better but this is a huge uplift in my cpu heavy games and runs darn cool! Kept ecores enabled for multitasking, I use processlasso to lock specific games to pcores.

    Increasing cpu cache ratio will always work well to boost game fps, as is shown by the gaming performance of the new amd 3d v-cache cpus i'd say. Even though amd increased rhe cache size and not the speed, result is the same since actions can be written into cache faster

    Hi, I heard after disabling e cores, the p cores has more headdroom for overclock.
    But I care about stock voltage and cool CPU, so can I benefit from just increasing ring ratio? Without increasing voltage.
    And what's the point of increasing base clock if turbo is used on high performance mode (power plan) ?
    Aren't you supposed to increase the turbo per clock? Or does turbo need to be disabled?
    See if turbo reach 49, but you changed base clock to 51, doesn't this conflict? Or will turbo be redundant automatically?

    • @ImWateringPSUs
      @ImWateringPSUs  ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, disabling the e-cores would help a lot, on the cache especially, but it could lose you performance. I’d say you’d need a delid really, but don’t expect anything higher than a truly stable 5.1/5.2

    I would be grateful if anyone could clarify me some things! I don't have "enhanced multi-core performance" or "power limit/duration" on my mother but I have "active turbo ratios" that if manual I got to set each of the 12 cores, should I max them all instead? default they are 50 49 49 49 48 etc. Another option I have is "Turbo power limits" but inside that there are 12 options auto by default like "package power limit 1-tdp (watts)" etc etc, should I max all those as well? Also I have both options for Vcore fixed and override, which one should I choose?
