- The wine needed a bit more pepper flavor, so I got to blending!

I’m from NM and I think you’re being too kind with that garbage❤ thanks for the laughs
PV3 I’m glad to see you getting back to wines. I think you should do a series on grocery store wines, see if you like any of them.
That shirt makes a STATEMENT. What it is...I don't know yet.
The statement is - I am predominately South and West of you. (excluding Arizona, Nevada and parts of California)
LGBT
Part of the Nate Westen collection?
You buried the lede. It's the nipples.

That reaction to the blended hatch wine was gold!
As much as I appreciate you're doing this at all, I can't help being disappointed you went with RED hatch chiles
It's always a tough line to toe. If you make it too peppery it's just gross. But by making it like this you've essentially just made a bottle of disappointment.
It really is. A few years ago I had some George dickel whiskey finished in tobasco barrels. Sweet as a bourbon should be, but with a mild pepper tingle. It was pretty solid
4:28 😆This really got me
This is the content I'm here for. Where else are you gonna get the lowdown on the bouquet of Hatch wine?
PV3 and Spittoon Halloween costumes now available in the PV3 Store! PV3's costume even comes with little rat finger gloves. And as a side note, the Spittoon costume is not fit to wear in public. #Spittoon
you know what else would pair well with this? A malort Mixology of a French 75, replacing that jin with Malort. I am sure it would be great!
Stand up wine comedy. Love it 😂❤
This wine is made by D.H Lescombe, one of the biggest wineries in NM. They make some killer wines and some other flavored stuff too.
Absolute banger of a shirt. Looking baller.
5:04 is my new desktop background. I think PV3's masochism is starting to show in this one. Muy Caliente!
Really love this channel and while the uploads aren't as frequent it just makes this channel mean so much more. P.S.: you probably should have filtered the wine through a coffee filter or a cheesecloth.
That shirt would work.
...I need that shirt.
Hey something from my neck of the woods!! Good to see!
HES BACK
"Hot and Earthy". Just like that girl I hooked up with at the Jam Band Festival.
I tried this at a wine tasting in Ruidoso; it was odd. I love Hatch chiles, but not in my alcohol.
I need that shirt
Look. I'm from New Mexico. Love green chile. But gren chile wine is terrible. There is a green chile vodka from Taos that is actually pretty solid. The stuff you blended would make a bomb ass sauce though.
Love your channel. Informative AND entertaining. I fell out at 5:26😂
New Mexico has some great wines!
God i need to know where that shirt's from
PV3 says, "Anyways"???
I seriously doubt that!😂
I'd be so disappointed if that were sincerely said!
Surprised he swished it around as long as he did. Thought for sure he was gonna spit the "blended" wine right out.
I live near Hatch and have a bottle my friend made me buy. If I plagiarize you I can convince them I've tried it. Thanks!
The Breaking Bad references were good.
Dear God man
Sad to see that no blends involved Malort. Maybe there's still time, and wine left.
Great video as usual. But, what happened to your podcast?
Better than made in RV!!
Rat fingers to the rescue!
Hatch green chile is good, but I certainly wouldn't drink it
I mean, clearly you needed to add Malort to improve the flavor, smh
I miss the old kitchen. Had a better faucet
Slide off the bolo and crack open the chile wine
What else can those rat fingers do?
That does not seem like a good idea.
69 views, nice
Why would Joe Biden do this
I hope the podcast is cancelled
WHY LOL
Next time you review something actually good I'd like to see your thoughts on a muscadine wine. San Sebastian is a good one. The rosa specifically.
