Imagine having to perform, always on a rushed schedule, training for long times each a day, barely able to eat, and these girls have to do it. Regardless if there on there periods. I respect the kpop industry and all the hard work these groups do. But I see it as unfair, to go and criticize or raise judgment against a member or group. For being lazy or unwell. Seriously, these poor girls could be dealing with there periods and amongst other things too.😥
I experience that before in my first day of period; I literally fainted, I sweat a lot and my body is cold. Maybe because I had many physical activities in the start of that day (School projects) That is the worst feeling I had, I thought I'm gonna die because of cramps 😭😞

Every idol works hard but imo female idols go through a lot more. They have to dance in high heels, wear short clothes that might be too revealing (could cause stress and it's something they have to always worry about when going down/up stairs, sitting (gotta cover with blanket), etc.), they menstruate monthly, and they have to maintain their weight as "skinny" (Males diet too but their body has more lean muscle tissue so they lose weight faster/easier than women).

I think Jennie is having an anxiety or panic attack, it's not her cycle. I used to get anxiety attacks that were really bad, and they would cause me to feel very sick. When I have an anxiety attack, I don't hold my chest, I hold my stomach, because my chest doesn't hurt, my stomach does. It also looks like she's trying to avoid eye contact, which is what I do in anxiety situations.
People need to realize that female idols have periods too they are not perfect. So next time you see a idol not giving her all in a performance think before you send hate.
