I liked that you showed most points of interest rather than just talking about it. Although, as you had to join the cable, it now needs to be in a junction box which I'm sure you did. I was curious how the conduit was secured at the oven but looks to be just open. I guess the mechanical protection is sufficient as the oven will not be moved too often to warrant any concern about the terminal cover slicing into the cable. Also Section 4.7 of the 2018 wiring rules states the cooktop must have a switch operating in all active conductors, mounted near the appliance in a visible and readily accessible position (enclosed cooking appliance, ie ovens, do not require a switch). I assume that switch on the wall is for the rangehood. I am curious how you would tackle a new double pole switch with that concrete wall.
Why no terminals on the end of the wires at the oven? Seems a bit dodgy having wires just spun around underneath the screw heads instead of using a ring terminal crimped on the ends

This will not meet the 18th edition wiring regulations. No thick cable uses for electric hob, cooker switch right next to hob with no gap of 15cm
