My husband went to USA after marriage so I went alone for my H4 visa interview.

Hi , My husband had recently changed his job so his visa stamping was different than his I-797 approval. It can be a problem?? Bcz I have h4 visa appointment in next month. Can you please tell me if anyone knows?

Minor spelling mistake in passport for Father's name, is that going to be any issue...it's like 'Acbde' instead of 'Abcde'...any issues during visa stamping, especially for a new H4 visa.

I am on H1B visa and my fiancee is applying for H4 Visa. Do you know if my fiancée can submit DS-160 with marital status as single (we are yet to marry) ? She will schedule Visa interview after the wedding date.
You should confirm with your office or an immigration attorney once. Please don't rush things especially for the interview. Go for the interview only after the marriage is done with proper marriage certificate and ceremonies photos . God bless your union

Hi, my I-797 is with me (currently in US) but my wife is in preparing for the Visa interview.. does she need to carry my original I797 approval letter for her visa interview or a photo copy is acceptable? Thank you!

Hey mam i applied for h4 visa 1 month later of my court marriage registry done bt our hindu ritualistic marriage not done that time like sindoor n saath fera we are like non religious family not believing on it so we done only Court marriage registry and exchange of flowers garlands and ring with presents of 80 close family and friends and i have photographs of our marriage day with everyone n also some rituals we were done... Is that any problem without hindu ritualistic marriage we did only Court marriage and apply for visa.. If they asked for sindoor and saath fera photographs i don't have bt i have other photographs where everything visible.. Plz help me i have interview in this last of the month..
I think your husband's company can answer it best on how to handle this situation. You can show the pictures you have and explain it to them that you only had a court marriage in presence of 80 people as you are not that religious.
Thank you so much..and one thing we didn't have wedding card as numbers people were to so many so we directly invited them by ph cal and some of them my parents visit their house for invitation coz their only close family members and friends so for that we didn't need any wedding card for invitation... So what should I gonna do if they ask for wedding card? Should I print it?

H4 visa dressing kya honi chahiye....laal chuda pehna chaiye ya nhi......and kya Hindi translator lena thik rahega ....
Dress normally ,, Chuda is fine , keep your pictures . I am not sure about translator though
