To all who made #9s restoration possible, to all of the volunteers who put in the hours, and the videographer who made this film - God bless I will see you all in September when I come to the National Narrow Gauge convention. With my limited mobility from service in the military the videos bring me to places I could not hope to ever be THANK YOU - Lee
*This 0-4-4 Portland is a good example of mining-railway-compatible hardware;* she's an integrated-tender design with the water cistern and fuel bunker supported by a four-wheel trailing truck. Some locomotive works built 2-4-4st's with likewise fully supported fuel bunkers; the pilot truck made for stability entering switches.
Much enjoyed, thank you. Excellent clag (UK slang for thick, dark exhaust) at 02:20 and 05:25. The driver's (engineer's) beard is most impressive, as is the newly restored locomotive. Kind regards, Bob K.
Hi dynamo I've Been on that steam train before welp 1 year ago or 2 I don't remember the year but I have a house in Maine in case you were wondering thanks for reading the reply bye.
@@brianstraight9333 I was able to get up there for the 2019 Steam & Sleighs and have been attending most major events and photo charters there ever since, truly is a phenomenal railroad, glad I discovered it!

The Wiscasset Watervile and Farmington is a two foot gauge railroad.
I went there before
What's that boiler and firebox off of?
WW&F No. 10, another 2-foot gauge 0-4-4 of the Wiscasset Waterville & Farmington, which is currently undergoing a rebuild.
