- If Willard Tweedy(Tony Haygarth), Melisha Tweedy(Miranda Richardson), and Victor Quartermaine(Ralph Fiennes) were charged for their crimes. I'm deciding on another series in the mean time I will continue with the Disney ones. These videos are inspired by Mousait, and Fluteless.

The thing about Victor is that when he threw Gromit in the cage, it can also be seen as unlawful imprisonment which would add even more time.
Yeah, but since he's a dog it counts as animal cruelty. There are many aspects that relate to it like starving it, killing, injuring ect.

It is clear from his behaviour that Gromit is not your avarage dog and Di show human-level intelligence and understanding.
It does make him a unique case in the franchise, but one need to remember that he is a unique being altogether.

Victor's dog Phillip knows how to operate an airplane, carry a rifle, he also shows human like facial language, and carries a wallet with him. Gromit's girlfriend in the fourth short film acts, and has the intelligence like Gromit. Pretty much most animals have human intelligence, especially Shaun the Sheep.

People who say that Victor Quartermaine was a lackluster villain forget about the fact that he was willing to murder another man, just so he could steal Lady Tottington's money, the guy was a psycho!

He's not a lackluster villain but he's a bit forgettable than other Aardman villains
The most we could nail the Tweedys for is Food Standards Agency violations (The chickens are fed into the pie machine without being plucked or boned, causing a serious contamination risk).
He hasn’t added Mrs.Tweedy’s latest crimes, the sequal came out nearly 4 to 5 days ago.

Victor breaking into Wallace's home would actually be a burglary charge. In one his Disney videos MOUSAIT said that "you don't actually have to steal anything for it to be a burglary charge you just have to enter with intent of committing a felon" And Victor certainly wanted to murder Wallace so that wouldn't be trespassing and property damage, that would be burglary. The attempted murder however is still a separate charge.
In England you can own a firearm with a licence, but you can't legally just carry it around with you everywhere like Victor does can you?

If you want to carry firearm, it has to be concealed. Or you have to be in military uniform, and have an good reason for carrying the firearm. Otherwise, the boys in blue would like to have a word with you, including armed police
For Melisha you forgot Murder (When she beheaded one of the Chickens) and attempted mass animal murder when she wanted all the Chickens to be put in the Pie Machine.
That doesn't count for a few reasons. She's running a chicken farm, and it's shown she kills Edwina and eats her which is perfectly legal. Also putting the chickens in a pie machine is also perfectly legal, as it's poultry related. However when she literally tries to climb up to the henhouse plane, it's clear she's just killing them over insanity which isn't legal as she isn't using them for food. If all of this wasn't legal, then Chick-Fila wouldn't even exist.

I’d say that whilst melisha did do worse things Willard was under the assumption that the chickens were smarter (which was right) so he had worse intentions

arguably quatermaine at the church atleast unloads the rifle before most of the brandishing but he does fire basically into a building
He unloads a shell, but since it's a bolt action there could be another since he uses an older model. I'm not good with guns at all, my editor Swiss is good at identifying guns and says its a Winchester Model 70 which is a very popular hunting rifle. Depending on the model a Model 70 carries 3-5 max rounds. Also the other rounds are still kept in the cartridge until they are fed into the barrel.

Well thing about Mr Tweedy is that he had seen his uncle killed by a rooster so it would explain his suspicions of the chickens. So while he’d still be charged I’d reckon that his sentence would be reduced due to the trauma and the abuse his wife put him through

I don't think charges stack ad infinitum... I'm pretty sure 75 individual acts of animal cruelty would count as one animal cruelty charge, just a very severe one that may warrant the maximum possible sentence.
Ya, also considering Melisha is being charged with domestic and verbal abuse he can easily argue he was coerced into performing those acts (which in all fairness he likely was)

I think you forgot to put a sentence on the Tweedys for the inhumane methods of cooking chicken pies as they don't pluck the feathers which is very unsanitary as well as animal cruelty since they were putting them in the pie machine alive

She wouldn't get a charge for that, that would be on the manufacturer since those kinds of machines auto pluck them. However, there also might be a separator when the chickens go down a shredder since we don't know that much about the machine itself.
Fun fact:mr tweedy was waring about the chicken pie machine for it about to explode but mrs tweedy did not care and at of the movie the chicken pie machine exploded
