Could you teach more drills on keeping the back foot from collapsing or to prevent jumping off the mound (spinning the wheels too quickly) and using the front leg in regards to it straightening out and create leverage?
Great video, i will say for every video I have found online I have yet to see one that actually shows in slow motion the mechanics and delivery of these pitches. I think they are trade secrets or something..
Have you seen the one seam variation. thrown more like a four seam. Not a lot of drop on it but easier for kids to pick up and throw. wondering if there is a way to get more drop with that alternative throw. trying to get the kids to rip through the laces but its hard to describe.

You might have too deep of a grip. I had the same problem with my fastball, it was almost like I was throwing a splitter. Try having more space between the ball and your hand, and close the gap between your fingers on your grip
Do you say you should have have a curveball the has curve at the same time it has drop or like if you are a righty is it good to have a good backdoor curveball if you are facing the same arm side as your arm side so it looks like it will beam them but they move out of its way but then it goes back in as a strike.
Let's clarify something - when you're talking "arm angle", you're talking about the angle of the arm relative to your shoulders at the point of release and not the arm angle relative to the ground, correct? Those two things are not the same because different pitchers release the ball with different separation between their shoulders and their hips, right?

The way i throw my sinker and its by far the best way to throw it is a one-seam sinker, if you throw it hard enough you'll get that depth
