I'm dying to get back Into my peak fitness and strength that I was in 2 years ago but have been plagued by health issues, your videos are a great inspiration and I can't wait to have hopefully my last operation this Friday and be on the mend so I can get back to peak form. Rob has a great physique. I think it says more about the sad state of modern bodybuilding than his own limitations that someone with his physique, which I consider to be close to the peak of naturally attainable physiqeus, can't place at a show like this.
