Yes, this is compatible but not best optimized to work with Zoom. Below are a couple other options that would be better and optimized for Zoom. The USB Dongle is highly recommended for a more reliable connection to your computer, better audio, advanced features like pressing a button on your headset to answer/end calls (compatible software only), and yes if your computer doesn't have Bluetooth this would be needed.
Mic sound is not enough clean for quiet room. Total sound quality for NC and noisy environment is bad. For better or good result mic should be near mouth.
for mostly working at home, that was excellent chose. and even now, occasionally going into office, will work in real life better as our office is less than semi empty now. And on Mon and Fri it is almost empty and work more looks like work from home but not in pyjama. Sadly this model is outdated. will see if Cisco releases something similar with the BT 5.3 LE
Definitely. Good news is we're hearing buzz from a number of different headset manufactures around new models in process that will have Bluetooth 5.3. 🙂
Nice headphones. I wish it had a boom mic. Does this work well with Teams?
The 720 has the boom mic.
Does this also help with Cisco Finesse too? We use Jabber and Cisco Finnese. I’m stuck between platonics versus this brand…this ones Expensive!

What is the USB dongle for? Do they include this case your computer does not have bluetooth, or is there some other protocol they use for that device?
