As a Christian I see what he's saying but to say your feelings are completely null is insane. Feelings are a part of you and your spirit. If this is the modern church nowadays this is border line insane. Jesus flipped tables cause he felt angry and rightfully so. This will not gain traction
Sounds like you're trying put words in his mouth. He says Question your heart - Not that "your feeling are completely null". He's preaching what the bible teaches about a current cultural worldview. Or some may say... He's doing his job as a pastor.
