My splitter is 2274, and just think 19 months ago, it was going through this building and is awesome. What a great story to go with it. My parents started their company back in the early 80s, similar to Chris story.
Jeremiah this is a great video, it is amazing American innovation. I have to tip my hat to Chris Wolff in building a great company. It really shows what America can do when we the people put our minds to it.!
Chris Wolf is an amazing guy. Thank you so much for this tour you showed us. Hard work And getting the job done in whatever it took. Thank you again.. Chip
VERY nice job on the video tour of Wolfe Ridge , Thanks for showing this . Great open house tour also Chris Wolfe ☑️Looks like you came a long way. Thanks again Jeremiah, awesome job🍺🍺👍. Later
I see Amanda and Allen, and Genin and Chris, and Todd and Even... That was one of the most interesting tours I've seen on TH-cam. When Chris was telling his story, I was captivated by every word. Thanks for sharing it with me Jeremiah.
WOW!! Hard to believe what it takes to make one splitter at a time!! Most end users never know what it takes to produce a machine!!!! Luckily, i grew up around the paper industry and saw from beginning to end!! Thanks for taking us along!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Thanks Jeremiah for taking us along for the tour!! Really enjoyed Chris' success story. Reminds me of my dad's success story with his grocery business. He told me the first few years in business that if he was a smoker he wouldn't have been able to afford to have a business. Turns out it was in our family for 52 years and supported many families along the way. Thanks again!
Wow great job on covering the tour. ❤👍I remember seeing Chris from in the woodyard interviewing you at one of the first firewood frenzy's. You've really taken off since then. COOL deal lots of great videos ❤❤👍👍😎😎 Pat from northwest WI
Great video Jeremiah. It's always so interesting to hear the back story about how a company started along with the progress to what it is today. Thanks for sharing.
Aways wondered if they stocked auto trans fluid as an alternative for extreme conditions. All I saw was iso 32 or aw 32 Otherwise known as 10w hydraulic oil. . Being my little splitter uses less then 5 gallons I'm looking at giving synthetic atf a try. Atf is basically a 10w-30 oil. But is definitely higher priced then hydraulic oil. . It started life at the same 18 seconds he talks about. I've gotten it to 14sec now. Being I have no warranty I plan on testing a few other ideas. I've gotten from the world of go-kart engine modifications. Like putting a Honda gx160 head on a hf 212cc short block for 12 to 1 compression. Ideal for dedicated use of propane fuel at 105~ octane. And other ideas, such as a muffler from a inverter generator. So nice to have a splitter at sub 85db level. Right beside the engine.
Outstanding!
Thanks Bill👍👊

I use atf in my old splitter. Sounds like you’re going to build a race car splitter!! Thanks For watching David👍👊
@@outdoorsinthe608 i just want to show that a box store splitter can be made far faster.
For far less $$$$.
