Lindsey’s “umm” at 28:58 took me out lmaoo. I didn’t see Christian in TF or SLIH but I did see him in Something Rotten and Little Shop Of Horrors and he slayed me.
@FromtheMezzanineBroadway speaking of making, LMM and Eisa Davis sort of hinted that next year they're going to begin production of a Warrior stage adaptation.
Haven’t seen the Wicked movie yet, but will soon. 100% agree on the epically bad timing of Tammy Faye. Katie B was excellent, but even Michael Cerveris couldn’t save that show. I saw it too. It had a couple of moments, but overall, it was hard to watch. Tammy Faye doesn’t know if it wanted to be camp or serious. The staging was interesting. I think some changes were made between West End and Broadway. Marketing for most shows is too old school to capture new audiences. Hope Suffs does well on tour. I loved it. Saw it again post-election and some things definitely landed differently. I worry about the political environment it will open in and how it may be perceived in some in some locations in this country. I loved Sunset Blvd. Never saw Sunset previously. Currently hard to get all 4 principal cast in the same performance. Wasn’t as impressed with Gypsy revival. At least in early previews, it’s almost a 3-hour show. First Act dragged quite a lot.

Hollywood is definitely going to be scrambling to go together a series of musicals just because Wicked popped off
@@desdar100 ohhhh time to start thinking about what they should make next 🤔🤔
