My advice to anyone watching this is to make sure and go to a local mattress retailer and lay in a Tempur-Pedic mattress before you buy this. I say this because I was surprised at how hard it is to move around in the non-hybrid version. Not saying it isn't comfortable or that there's anything wrong with it but I was just surprised
@ I am out of town and will receive it on the 17th. Paid $4850 after taxes with the Ergo base. Almost double what we set out to pay and fingers crossed that it is worth it.
Actually tried out proadapt medium non hybrid previous generation (contour) and current, the cointour version lags more I fall more into the foam so I think it’s the opposite of what your saying and sales guy said all contour versions were slightly softer compared to current ones
I just purchased the medium hybrid from Costco and paired it with an Ergo Smart base I got a great deal on because I wanted more features than Costco's Ergo base had. Only a few days in but enjoying it so far. Curious to see if I end up wanting to go with the firm and take the medium back.
So far how are you liking your hybrid medium mattress? I just purchased the firm. I haven’t received it yet. I went with the firm because I was tired of memory foam dipping in not springing back up and constantly falling into a sink hole. Lately, Costco has been carrying horrible memory foam beds. I’ve purchased 2 within the last 2 years and they were terrible. Once you sit or get in bed you sink unable to turn over without falling back in. Sorry for the rant. 😆.
@@Kindlyone777sorry that was a response to the original comment @nickimberyphotography, he mentioned getting a deal on the smart ergo, not the basic one that Costco paired with the mattress in their set 😊
@@Kindlyone777Have your received the firm Tempurpedic Costco mattress yet by chance? If so, how do you like it and has it broken-in or gotten any softer since delivery day? Debating been the medium and firm all foam models.
Unfortunately, since having Kirkland Signature S&F 14.5 Lakeridge mattress since Feb 2024, we've been experiencing some low backpack and hip pain and running hot even during cold temps in Illinois. 5'7" 150-180lbs 55y/o between us. Side sleepers, Looking for a better support for to avoid low back pain Is this equal or better in Costco current inventory? Much appreciated in advance
Lmao…😂 its exactly a high density “memory foam” bed. It’s a very unique extremely dense memory foam with a patent and fancy marketing “tempur material” But its 100% a “memory”foam” no doubt. Memory foam is a marketing term used to describe conformance of the foam. There’s not a mattress with foam on the market that cradles and conforms more than a Tempur-pedic. The things people say to get a free bed.
THANK YOU! We've been eyeing the hybrid so this was very very helpful
is the firm as hard as a regular mattress
The Costco one doesn't have the zipper to remove the top part of the mattress?
Any regrets on getting the firm model over the medium? How is the firm for side sleeping for you in that regard?

their many different models tho. is this supreme costco exlcusive?
Wife wants to know where you got the bed frame?
Decided to go with the Pro Adapt directly at a Tempurpedic store. $1100 more after all the Black Friday discounts.
Have you received it yet? If so, how do you like it and which firmness did you get?

@Shah_creates Hope you like it! Share your opinion here once you get it if you don't mind.
@@Shah_creates its gona sleep hotttttt
This mattress is a step down to the one Costco used to carry. The older contour models used a higher density foams compared to the new ones.

Thank for sharing this info, good review!
Good choice!

Where did you get the smart base? The Costco one is very basic.
@@ShabrUO it’s called Ergo base. Costco sells it with the bed not separately

But... Does it come in a box. If so I DON'T WANT IT.... Ever....
I am thinking about buying this, do you think I should get the medium or the hybrid medium?
Hard to find these in store but the rep said they are based on adapt. I suggest medium.
What’s the bed frame?

It’s hard to find bed sheets for this extra thick mattress. I’m waking up at 3am & sheet came off. I end up on the couch. So frustrating!!!
