    Thanks, do you have a comprehensive series explaining basic concepts like these on ECGs? Great work btw.

      Great question. We actually do. We have an Arrhythmia Interpretation course that we plan to launch soon - this will cover the basics of ecg interpretation and include video training. In addition, there will be a more advanced 12-lead ECG course as well. We are rolling out a ton of videos on here over the next few years. Currently working on designing a new website as well which will feature all this content and more for free. Stay tuned! Thanks for watching :)

    Thank you doctor. I have an ecg machine, i have pvc for the last 40 years, but i get less than 10 per day, however i cought shingles three weeks ago and the numbers of pvc have increased dramatically to one every 2 minutes. Do you think the shingles virus is the cause of this increase? On the ecg machine tracing the pvc happens just after a normal t wave, the pvc present itself as a wide negative wave followed by a buried p wave and a wide qrs followed by a long gap then a normal beat. Would you know which ventricles this pvc originate from? Echo is normal Thank you for your help.

    Hi doctor
    Great video.
    I was having what I thought was skipped beats.
    Saw a cardiologist he gave me a ekg, echocardiogram, both were normal ejection fraction 60%
    Did blood work all good, wore a ziopatch for 2 weeks showed rare pvcs and pacs less than 1%
    My doctor says since your heart is structural normal, and no dangerous rhythms, don't worry about it there benign, he said everyone gets pvcs, and with that percentage they will not damage your heart
    Starting feeling them a year ago im 51 now, and feel them more when I dont sleep very good.
    Are pvcs that common? And benign with a structural normal heart?
    Thank you doctor
    God bless
    Michael

    Why do my PVCs sometime make me cough? Why do they sometimes HURT? If this is an indication of a diseased heart, why are my Primary & my Cardiologist saying PVCs are normal? I am confused.

    So PVC is a problem or not? What if they go on for quite a while like days?

    • @sei1318
      @sei1318 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If it’s rare then no. If there’s an increase in frequency then yes.
