- Yes, for the believer the ultimate stress reliever is giving it all to Jesus. After that, it'll be alright. A companion verse to the one given (1 Peter 5:7) is Philippians 4:6,7 "Be anxious for nothing (Don't worry about anything), but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made know to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
