Omg I agree with the increased sickness! Given my experience was from two years ago, but I went to Disneyworld with my family in June 2022 and I remember siting at a quick service at Magic Kingdom and all of sudden my throat started to clam up! Definitely caught an illness/virus or COVID then, was terrible. Going back though the beginning of September 2024 (lol we are dvc members) going to build my water intake and vit C before going-
Great advice and a great book that you recommended. Would love to hear your thoughts on what is going on with all of the illnesses. I have my own as well but I'm not a medical professional just an avid reader of those who follow data.
